Bunch of Roaches in room, intense cigarette smell. The girl at the front desk was very nice but they gave us an ozone generator to remove the smell while we were in the room which is very dangerous. Refund was oferred in case we wanted to leave.

the noise of the street. avoid those rooms in case you're offered one, I couldnt sleep during weekdays, the noise of the cars is quite high. the $60 deposit is something I was not aware but I was afraid I wouldn't receive it when I'm back home

Only the location

Arrived to a non-smoking room smelling of cigarettes, with only hot water available. After room change, new room was better but lacked a closet and had slightly yellow pillows. Noise and people traffic were issues, as were two nights without electricity.

Room was modestly updated.

Door and windows at office were broken. Door and lock in room were not secure and door looked like it had been kicked in. 5 Transients hanging around the hotel. Decent reviews-they must have rated themselves. Did not feel safe there! Lost Money-didn¿t sta

The girl that works at the front desk is amazing. I pray that she finds a better place of employment very soon.

All of their rooms have mold. It took me 3 rooms to finally get 1 that was livable. I had to air out the room. Idk who they hired to clean and wash sheets but she needs to be fired. The hotel needs to be torn down n rebuilt. They should shut it down

DID NOT EVEN STAY HERE. Room was absolutly terrible, horrible mold smell and unknown stains on furniture. They tried to give me another room and it was even worse. Still trying to get a refund.... Ended up getting another hotel.

I think this may be an active crime scene. I have photos of the hotel and I want a refund ASAP! Very scared to stay here. They shot out a window, they have roaches, it's full of scary tenants who live there full time and rude inn keepers.

Toilet didn't flush, Roach infestation seen in the lobby, bathroom floor squirted water at you, spaghetti strainer screwed over smoke detectors. Non working tvs,shower curtain was molded, doors didn't stay shut. We DID NOT feel safe

Room should cost $20 it just to sleep nothing else is good

Everything needs to remodel change everything bathroom is very old bathtub patch with fiberglass look very bad

They have 21 day max stay but after 48 hrs you may return. I didn¿t understand that until I saw a hotel evict a couple. Fl law says after 30 days you¿re a resident so even if you don¿t pay they can¿t put you out, they have to go to court to evict you.

They closed at 11pm, but they were nice enough to call someone in to assign my room.

Room 107: smelled musty/moldy - had to spray with Lysol; no security chain or dead bolt for door; no lamps; lobby closes at 11pm; one wash cloth; no hangers; water hard, smelled like city/reclaimed water; no highway - hear every car passing all night.

Really nothing except maybe location.

No blankets on any bed. Only 1 towel, no washcloths.Door didnt lock properly, no security chain. Heater didn't work properly. Floor in poor shape w/ soft rot big holes in bathroom floor. No bkfast as advertised. No ice, no front desk service. Jerky help.

Liked the location and it was quiet. Perkins and Walgreens are next door. 7 Eleven and Waffle House are across the kain thoroughfare. Booked the room because of a conference at Embassy Suites, one mile away. The price was right.

The room had bunk beds and twin bed. When booking there were supposed to be two doubles.

Ac not blowing cold air, the TV was not working, last and not the least taking shower was like looking for water in the the middle of desert

Bugs. TV doesn't work. sketchy area. No hot water. Outdated rooms. Mildew smell

It had a bed and a shower.

1.) Desk not manned 24/7. 2.) No wash clothes in room. 3.) No cups in room. 4.) TV remote would not work. 5.) Door stuck.

Dirty linens no blankets, 2 towels given for 5 ppl,no washcloths,or hand towels.No pool towels,asked for more, but was never given any. sagging floor,limited selection of TV channels, pool was dirty, hadn't been cleaned, no extra roll of toilet paper

Faucets dripped all the time. Bedsheets were all stained & yellow.Beds were barely holding up. Chair in rooms were heavily stained. Bathroom is very small. Barely could stand in them. Shower curtains were heavily mildew. Room smelled. Old and Terrible

This is in no way a 4 star hotel, motel or whatever it was. I asked for a King size bed but instead got 2 full size beds. When I called the hotel they said it was booked in their system as a family. When I went to the bathroom there was a roach! Horrible.

This is a family run business that took over the property 4 years ago. They have been renovating, since they bought it. It's an older property, but it is very homey and comfortable. The owners and staff were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really liked this place. The pool and rooms were clean and the location is great. The only 2 suggestions I have is install a bar and put some hangers in the room and get a couple ice machines for the property. Those are the ONLY things I can think of.
