Pros +
- Kind and friendly staff. VERY comfortable rooms and quiet. Good location.
- Large clean room, nice breakfast.
- We arrived at 3 am and the desk person was so friendly and peppy. We had had trouble with our flight and trouble with our car rental, so we were expecting trouble at the hotel, but there was no problem at all. We got to our room quickly and got to bed.
Cons -
- Male morning Front desk was not helpful - not attentive - on his phone sitting at a booth made us feel like we were a bother to him. Check in female very nice and evening female very nice.
- I would have loved to have a walking trail around the lake or in the woods. I love to walk in nature. It would provide a little natural environment amidst the city surroundings.
