The staff and the brand new beds are amazing! As well as the swimming pool!

Coffee and breakfast was missing a few things.

The hotel was clean, the employees were great. The location of the hotel is 🤌🏾 I would choose here anytime I’m in Kissimmee!!

Room service changed out the towels and wash rags everyday but did not clean the room or change the sheets. I’m sure if I asked it would have been done. Breakfast was just enough to get you going but still ok for what it’s worth.

Pool wasn’t open. Bedroom had an ant problem but for Florida ants are like the least of the problem so I didn’t bother them and they didn’t bother me. Also me and my kids were in line for breakfast and the lady just walked off with the waffle mix at 9am

The room was very nice, quiet, great location

Staff is very rude. Said we were not allowed to stay longer than a week.....even if I booked it online....never heard of this. They charge 9.00 a night extra service fee, that's why their rate seems cheaper online.

Absolutely nothing

Yes there were roaches in the room bugs in the light holes in the door of the bathroom I had cigarette burns in the blanket it was absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend it to anyone also left on the second night

Bed is comfy, a/c was nice and cold, pretty clean

9.00 per night service fee sucks especially if your staying multiple days. Too much furniture in room, a little crowded.

i asked for new sheets on 5th night because of an accident and they never came.

The hotel staff was kind, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, the shower got very hot, the pool looked clean, there was free breakfast, and a gift shop in the same plaza.

The shower plug didn't work.

Quite a few things! The room wasn't cleaned properly. The bed touched the window/ac by the door. The hotel door didn't shut properly. The staff was unhelpful. Do not stay here!!!

The hotel is located back off of Irlo Bronson Highway, that set back helps to reduce the traffic noise! Also there is a very nice Perkins restaurant that is so close that you can walk there without driving your car!

My room was excellent, clean, well laid out. Bed was very comfy!!

Small musty smell in room front desk person wasn?t friendly

The rooms were outdated and the front desk staff was not serviceable or friendly at all. I stood there and wasn?t acknowledged for a few minutes before they came to me so I could check in.

The hotel was a good value for the price. It was clean and had a small "resort fee" $9, and $30 deposit for the night ( was put back on my card quickly). Beds had plastic left on but I didn't mind it for hygienic reasons. The pool was clean.

The breakfast was strictly carbs and rooms were super small.

1 of the mattress of the 2 beds definitely needs replacing
