- Good deal for the price. The rooms were spacious and the pool was nice. The full kitchen was great for saving money on meals. Washer and dryer meant less cloths to pack. This isn't a 5* resort, but If have kids and are on a budget you can't go wrong here
- Villas are very quaint, private townhomes in their own little subdivision. We had a our kids plus several of their friends, so this was perfect. Multiple bedrooms for privacy and each a separate bed. No worries about thin walls or upstairs neighbors.

This was a stand alone house in a neighborhood. There were no services which was expected. Location was good.
The house was fairly clean but carpet was nasty and flooring in master bath was loose. It had a pool that was dirty-skimmer not working and outdoor furniture was too dirty to touch. Linens and towels seemed to be yard sale items. Barking dog not good.
Loved the price. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Wal-Mart was on same road. It had washer and dryer. Very clean!!! Wood flooring in all but bedrooms. Put car in the garage.
What I did not like was minor. Needed dish soap and extra toilet paper. (Wal-Mart is around the corner) It has older decour. Could use new carpet in bedrooms. Limited tv and internet. Credit card was processed in the UK. I would stay again.
The management was very helpful in accommodating our special request regarding the unit.
We couldn't open any windows, they were sealed shut for security. But it would have been nice to get some fresh air.
