myself and guest nose became clogged. Upon getting fresh nose became unclogged

Stayed 5 nights. The hotel had a strong unpleasant smell, our first room had a leaking toilet, and there were cockroaches throughout the property. Breakfast was decent, but the hotel needs serious cleaning. It's more like a 1-star than a 3-star hotel.

Hotel was clean

Hotel rooms have a lot of maintenance issues. Tub was spray painted and all the chalk peeling out. You could see over spray all around the tub. Just so many issues with Maintenance

The recent reviews talked of cockroaches and musty smells and that it was non refundable

Waited at desk upon check in for 15+ minutes while clerk was in phone. Rood was dirty and old. Dust on fan blades, carpet had waves, sheet on bed dirty, rust on metal doorframe trim, door was very tight to open and close.

They gave us our money back for our 2nd night there b/c our 1sr night was bad

Lots.?see our ?file?. Dirty room, ripped sheet, broken screen, dirty stairwell, smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Not enough time/food/space for breakfast. No pool towels multiple time when we passed the pool.

Room was perfect. Bigger then expected and very clean

The room was so damp with moisture the carpets/ bedding were wet. There were bugs in our room. The staff was but on the last day after telling the manger and front desk to make sure it was cleaned we came back to uncleaned room. NO EXPLANATION OR HELP.

There is no good thing to mention about this hotel all are horrible. Except it is near by several restaurants.

Many to say, room smells bunk, food is worst, room is not clean, air conditioning is not working properly.

The hotel was situated within a lot of restaurants.

The manager was extremely rude when we explained there were some safety issues. He said, "I will worry about it when something happens to you. Change hotels it's a free country." He would not give a refund. The hotel did bring fresh towels when asked.

The staff were amazing from the front desk attendants to the housekeeping staff. They always made me feel welcome. The check in process was fairly quicks and the manager was always acoomodatng.

I thought it was a great hotel for the price.

It was in close proximity to Disney World and to shopping.

They would not clean the rooms unless requested. This was strange; because usually if you don¿t want your room clean, you leave the ¿do not disturb¿ sign on the door.

Good location. Well kept in gwneral, but old. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Very kind in general.

It's old, outdated in general. A couple of mistakes were made about my reservation, also my keys stopped working.

Customer service was excellent, hotel was clean, had a great breakfast. The room was very pretty, spacious had all the amenities needed. Safe and clean ground as well.
