Room was clean

Stairs to room were extremely steep, location was not as described, a lot of street noise

Beautiful landscaping, clean and neat. Rooms kept clean with daily housekeeping, changing towel etc.

Slightly musty smell in rooms. Would be nice to have 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom units. I get it is an old converted home.

Beautiful hotel, we were so happy we choose this hotel. Excellent location, very helpfull staff, breathtaking surroundings around the hotel. We were close to every attraction so we were able to walk around the town

Great location, walking distance to cafes and shops. Beautiful property, gardens were amazing and pool private.

There is no parking. Maybe could use another chair in living room area.

We lived everything about Island City House. The location to everything is fantastic. But our room was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hosts are fantastic and so nice. The tropical grounds were great. Our room was wonderful and always clean. Definitely a must stay.

Parking is very limited… they really need to get a real ice machine the one they have is sad… the day I was checking out I waited to after 8 am with nobody to turn my keys and do a proper check out.

The room is clean. Outside/garden is cozy. Location is close to major tourist spots. Discount to the Old Town Bakery is a nice touch. We did water activities after checking out. After that, we went back to use their outdoor shower room and we were surprised to see new towels, soap, and shampoo.

It would be nice to cover the smell of the old building. No designated free parking.

The location is excellent! The pool is good sized and well maintained. Our unit was cleaned daily and they even did the dishes! The unit itself was in very good condition with everything working as it should. It’s very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

The price.

This was our second time staying at Island City House. We love the location, the neighborhood is quiet, and the facilities are excellent. We are frequent visitors to Key West, and Island City House has become our favorite choice!

We have no complaints about the accommodations and the service we received.

Super cool hotel that feels like a blast from the past. Amazing location close to everything. Super roomy and comfortable room with large beds, large bathroom, kitchen, and plenty of space. Loved it.
