  • Location
  • They have free bicycles and kayaks and it is in a beautiful setting and you can go diving as they have the diving boats there and instructors
  • Convenient to arriving at MIA after dark and getting part way to Keys.

Cons -

  • Walkway is so uneven with tree roots and access to room 5 was beside the laundry room & snorkel area so lots of noise from very early morning 7.30am
  • Personless staffing makes for difficult check-in. Was not aware of the office location. Had email stating a pin code and a room 1. Was attempting the pin on a key lock box at room 1. It didn't work and someone was in the room.
  • We have been coming for 20+ years and love the new upgrades. The grounds are better but¿ Coke, beer, water cans, cig butts, debris throughout the bushes and maybe get rid of the original, rotting wood trims? The sidewalks also need help! $$$?

Had booked a king and pull-out bed room. (2 couples) The young lady checking us in saw that we were 2 couples and UPGRADED us to a townhouse suite!! It had a terrific, all new, beach vibe, grays and blue, beds, linens, baths, kitchen, living room¿
