The room was clean. The high point was the gentleman at the front desk. He was awesome.
The property was a bit dated and run down. The bed was hard.

The location was great. It was one exit away from a fantastic Mexican food truck. We actually had dinner there and then breakfast the next day as well.
It was hard to find anything wrong with this property, but the one thing that was really wrong with it, was that the bathtub could not be plugged with the drain plug. It was bent. But, they did offer to give us a different room or fix it while we were there.

The soft sheets, beds and pillows. Dove bath products were great and the breakfast that was offered was so good. I'm beyond pleased with how clean my room was.
Breakfast being open alittle later than 9 am would be great

Beds very comfortable. Food was fantastic. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The lobby area seemed decent. Guest service was very nice. The room was spacious and sitting options. Good breakfast variety.
Not the best neighborhood. Room dates and not property cleaned. Damages in room upon arrival.

We booked this hotel based on it having a pool, and we were traveling with 4 kids that love to swim. We arrived at 8:45pm, well before the posted 10pm closure of the pool. At first, the front desk clerk told us the pool was closed for the night. When we mentioned the website said it was open until 10pm, then he admitted that the pool was actually indefinitely closed and not currently treated or safe to swim in. I really didn't appreciate the dishonesty, or the false advertisement in listing this as a hotel with a pool. I never would have booked it if it had been listed appropriately. After complaining, we were given a $24 credit that didn't seem like enough to make up for the issues. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.
