Bleu Beach Resort

I loved how we had everything we needed so close. The room was a bit "cozy" but honestly it fit us well. Everything was updated. The staff was on point and nice. The pool, deck, bar and having the beach right at the end of the walkway was great!

Parking is a bit rough. They reserve spots for those staying but if you've got a larger vehicle backing up to get out might be hard. The bed was very firm and in some spots a bit of a sink hole.

The staff takes customer service and politeness to the next level. Really really on top of things and very genuine folks running at and working at this hotel. I WILL say that property is newly remodeled. And it's very cozy! The outside area is amazing.

Hairdryer - has to be asked for at front desk. Cottage description is deceiving. There is no kitchenette, just standard fridge, mic, coffee. Beds are sub-par, as are the linens. Pretty room, but small. Shower - no shelves for soap, hair supplies, etc.

The location was amazing and it had been updated and the outside was beautifully done for a boutique style hotel.

Staff took over the small outside area. In between being on the phone talking from morning to night using it as their conference call/board room , working all day in the small outside area and taking breaks, it was a tad uncomfortable.

It was next to the beach and had a nice clean pool. Had instance with a person that woke me up at 130 am yelling but the staff discharge them the next day.

The bathroom are little small and no fan in them which will cause mold eventually.

the manager and the owner were extremely rude and obnoxious when I ask for compensation after being stuck in it cockroach-infested room.the owner's response was if I didn't like the room I should have checked out and gone somewhere else.

The location is right on the beach. The price is good, but you get what you pay for ! Be cautious.

There is not enough parking. The rooms are old and dated (very old, and very dated).I have never seen a bathroom so small. Even the tub is miniature.

The location is amazing! Having a beachside pool was quite nice as well.

We wanted windows open so we could hear the ocean but had to close them bc people sat outside their rooms smoking. All room doors open to parking lot so it gets noisy. Lounge chairs are behind locked pool gate at night so you can't sit overlooking ocean.

I loved the beach front location, the beachfront pool and the patio.

There was a mildew odor in the room.

I liked the location and the security. They are very adamant about how many people are staying in the motel room.

The motel room was ok for the rate of the room. The bathroom was dirty. The room smelled of smoke. The size of the room was small. Is was a very old motel and it seems like the owners made little to no upgrades to the rooms. The wifi never worked for me

Beautiful beach location...

Do not expect to have a swim pool looks nice but was always closed. Staff saying they will open it soon. Pad lock stayed locked even past time to open. Owner is always watching cameras and sending staff out to wipe cameras --- guess thats a good security

Reviews Stated the rooms are very small and the bathroom is very very small but even smaller than I thought possible. No fan in bathroom crappy window hard to open and wouldn’t stay open. The problem with the little window is the light shines through so you can’t hardly see your face in the mirror. ??‍♀️ I tried put something to block that glare…..The Air condition is right where you put your suitcase so every time I had to get in my suitcase I had to turn the air off inconvenient. ? Our bed was a little weird there was a big air bubble, some kind of plastic cover for (bed bugs) the mattress we weren’t sure what was going on at first I did inquire maid wanted to fix it but that was inconvenient plus we figured out a way to keep the bubble down. Though I thought the mattress was comfortable despite the bubble the person I was with had a problem with it.Also parking could be a problem I also read that in reviews. The restaurant is really busy cars are trying to pull in and we were trying to get out. We were unsure if we were gonna lose our parking place so we decided to back it up park the car and walk we could put the cone to save it, but we were afraid somebody might move it. ??‍♀️Access to the beach we have to walk-through tables with our beach chairs umbrellas people eating very tight so we had to walk through room 124 area. I don’t think anyone was staying there when we were there though. We won’t be back. It’s not for us, but I can see where there was a lot of effort to make the place Nice just too small too tight.There were things I did like, but the things I mentioned were more important. I understand it was an old hotel renovation was nicely done.Oh one more thing, the stairs go down to the beach in rough shape but when you get to the bottom I feel like there should be some kind of platform where you hose your feet off what’s the sense of hosing them off? If you’re standing in sand, it may be extended a little bit of a boardwalk.

The younger staff was super helpful and polite especially Hannah, Bradley, Ava, David and Krystal. The adult staff were rude to me and my guests on multiple occasions and were rude to the younger staff, Especially Robin, I've never, ever seen a grown woman be SO rude to the younger people who work WITH her and also the lady with the British accent. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves as woman, as leaders and as humans. I'm embarrassed for you both. As a local to your area, especially your area, I would advise all the adult staff to be more kind, more helpful and polite. I don't think y'all are going to do well in the slow season when you're going to need the locals the most. I know I am certainly telling every single person I know not to visit your property, like I said before, we wouldn't normally visit this property because it's always been known to be run down and filled with undesirables. I will make sure to let everyone know nothing has changed. It's lipstick on a pig. I advise every young person that works there to quit and go find another job, it's busy season, there are plenty of places hiring and you shouldn't be abused or talked to like that by your leaders.

This hotel is the definition of bait and switch. It has been slightly remodeled, but it is still the same ole dive that the locals have and will to continue to avoid especially at the price they charge and their older staff customer service. This motel is known to de a dump amongst the locals and will continue to be given the experience I had. I would not recommend this motel to anyone I know nor will I be returning. The rooms are extremely overpriced, parking is a nightmare, the "spa" is not located on the property, the food is low quality compared to the price. I enjoyed the staff in the kitchen it's not their fault that they are given low quality ingredients. I feel like which ever one of you adults up there bought this motel is over budget on the renovation and is therefore trying to squeeze every dime they can out of whoever stays there. I came to the beach to relax and was stressed my entire 24 hour stay. Robin was SO rude to not only me but also my sisters whom I brought for a relaxing girls trip. Of all the things we were, relaxed, was not one of them. Our rooms weren't ready until well after 3pm but Robin was sure as hell banging on my door, then walked in on me while I was nude at 10;30 AM, I reckon to begin "HER" check-out time. Then when I had to run across the street to buy a bag of ice because there is no ice machine that the guests are allowed to touch, my sisters were packing up our cars, Robin came back down to the room and stated to my sisters extremely rudely, "that check-out time is 11am". No joke, Robin, we've been to a motel before, my sisters stated that they were aware and just waiting on my return and assured her that our things were packed and removed from the rooms Robin then stated to my sisters, "It's 11:07!!!" Pipe down. you didn't have the rooms ready on Saturday until past standard time, what's the difference today? 1 out of 5 stars.

I loved the location and the bar, pool, and restaurant were exceptional!

There was a lot of machinery noise from the AC system at night outside of the bathroom window.

The staff was very welcoming. I felt taken care of. The continental breakfast was nice. It was great to be able to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

I did not care for the mattress on my bed. It was.too soft. This is a personal preference. It's absolutely the only negative in a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
