The view the access to restaurants the people the size of the rooms the cleanliness

Location is across the street from the gulf water with the most beautiful sunsets. They also have a restaurant attached to you hotel I ate at the restaurant I enjoyed the food

Toilet seat looked weathered and old should have been changed out

This little gem far exceeded our expectations. Everything was neat and clean. The view was amazing. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back. Was the perfect little get away for us to celebrate our anniversary.

Huge, clean room with full living room and kitchenette. The view across the street of the gulf and sunset each day was spectacular. Parking and access were very convenient for people with mobility issues. Very good value for what you get.

Didn¿t see an ice machine or any vending but there was a restaurant and another great restaurant across the street. The views of the water were great but there isn¿t much of a beach to walk right down to.

Room could use updating however it was very clean, spacious and the view was fantastic.

location offers accommodations, restaurant offerings, beach across the street. All in all makes for a nice vacation with or without children

Location was great. Room was excellant and very nicely decorated. On site dining was wonderful.

This was a simple place but I was pleasantly surprised,the staff was super nice and helpful,it is a family run place, the manager was very nice and even took time to answer my questions about the area!The bar and restaurant at the hotel were amazing

Restaurant onsite with good food

Parking was inadequate to handle a motel,2 restaurants and a public beach. Their site pictured a nice beach but there wasn't a beach to the gulf.

The rooms are big enough where a family of four can be comfortable. Two very good restaurants in close proximity.

The rooms were mostly clean. However, the floors were not. My feet and socks were black after just a short time of walking on them. The rest of the room including the bathroom was very clean. If the floors were clean I'd give it a 6 or 7.

I was able to enjoy the gulf from our porch. The room was like a small apt.
