Clean.

Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff. Helpful. Went above and beyond. Front desk recommended things to do. Breakfast attendant, super helpful. Noticed I needed a to go box. Brought me a cup for the kids juice. Super helpful.

The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel.

Only thing I would add is for the breakfast bar to have sugar free syrup available as I would have really liked to have had syrup on my waffle.

The air conditioner in room 505 was very loud.

The room was awesome as was the whole facility. The manager went out of his way trying to solve the fire-stick issue,

Could not use my Firestick because there Tv`s would not allow it.

This hotel was so much more than I expected. On our travels from TX to Disney, we needed a place to recover and this place was great. It was clean, spacious and allowed us to refresh and reorganize on our trip with a 18 mo. The staff was incredibly sweet!

The staff was friendly and made us feel at home along with the cleanliness of the entire property. We went down for happy hour and met Carlos and Wendy for a nice time. We will definitely be checking out Home\2 whenever we travel anywhere from now on.

Very nice. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

People above were very noisy. They had children and they were running and making noise, which I understand. We have grandchildren, but they let it continue until after 11:00 pm.

The room was enormous and clean. Comfy bed and great room temperature control. Bathroom was very clean although it was rather small for the size of the room. The front desk staff were very friendly. Very nice pool out back too. We would definitely come back here again.

The breakfast was pretty awful. Some sort of scrambled egg bowl under a warmer had a rubbery texture and bad flavor. Bad choice of cereal and breads, with a toaster that didn’t toast. Oatmeal looked like it had been soaking in a pan of water for days. And no pitchers of ice water there for those of us who like to start our day with water. Needless to say, we went out for breakfast every day after that first morning.

The property is brand new and offers little incentives like happy hour snacks and hot breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was a perfect size for a family of four.

The staff at the counter was having problems getting us checked in and also checked out. Not sure what’s going on with the computer system, but it seems to be difficult at the moment.
