Elevator was not working for the period booked, apparently it is not working for a couple of days .The Jacuzzi also not working for the period .The hotel charged $15 /day parking NOT disclosed by the time of booking {NOT OK}

Location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds are awful. Can feel mattress springs. Walls are thin and some guests are not considerate of others.

When I called, the receptionist was very helpful and made sure I had a nice room to celebrate my husband's birthday

the hotel is very conveniently located, with a small private beach and a pretty nice pool.

the hotel was pretty dirty upon arrival. by the second day some of the hallway carpets looked cleaned up but overall just old and could use an update.

The grounds were pretty and the fishing area / view is a nice bonus.

Decor is unattractive. Elevator was filthy. Hallways smelled of weed at all times of the day/night.

The breakfast and the bed were good.

It was not worth the price. Beach was so tiny. Walls thin enough to hear words next door. Constant marijuana smell in the hall, and our door wouldn?t latch. Chair was too dirty to sit in and had no cushion.

Pot vapers. Seemed like outsiders were using dock area.

Their customer service sucks, their rooms are filthy, and it?s all around fallen apart in the last 6 months

I had to move rooms as they were renovating a room close-by and the epoxy from the new flooring wasn't dry so you could still notice it.

Much of this hotel is dated. It's a great location and the staff were very nice, but I just don't think it rose to the level of a $-- per night hotel experience. The water area was nice.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful.

The elevator was broke the first two days of our stay. So we had to use the stairs. Which was dark and dingy. The floor in our room needed to be mopped.

Great location and views.. (breakfast was nice too!)

Kinda didn't appreciate one of the male staff talking contentious politics with guests as we were trying to enjoy the relaxing waterfront spa.. If I wanted to listen to FOX news (or MSNBC) talking points, I would not be on vacation to relax.

Breakfast was a joke unless you like hard boiled eggs! Room was fair but mattress was wornout needs replacement. Overpriced as well.

The hotel location on beach front property near the pier. The view was breathtaking on the waterfront near the boats and the pier.

Hotel was perfect in every way no complaints here.

Yes, the sliding door didn't lock,the safe didn't work, need a better selection for breakfast.

Have stayed at this hotel before and love the convenient Location and friendly,courteous staff; however I was unable to unlock the patio door and had to ask for help 3 times.

The rooms are not carpeted which is fine but the hardwood floor had lots of sand on it, an obvious sign that the room was not thoroughly cleaned.Very little hot water in the shower was another disappointment. With that said I would still stay here again.
