Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach

It was rather close to the airport and not terribly far to the cruise terminal. It is within a walking distance to Dania Pointe.

Yes, I wish there were actual grocery stores closer or pharmacies within a walking distance. I left my contact case back home so I had to DoorDash an order to the hotel for a contact case which wasn’t terrible-a 30 minute wait time for it to be delivered.

The location the friendliness of the staff and how clean the hotel was the courtesy water bottles in the room and the happy hour they have

The toilet in my bathroom every time you flush it you have to lift the top and press the button so it will fill up with water to flush that was the only issue

Overall, the staffs were friendly and supportive.

The AC unit on the room 616 makes a loud noice when blowing cold air. Wakes me up in the early- middle morning. It’s hard to get back to sleep sometimes because of cycle noise; fan is on the volume is acceptable; front desk informed. Pay for parking!

Housekeeping doesn't do a good job I been in the room 2 weeks never vacuum the carpet and cleaned the bathroom only once. They will only take out the garbage and get upset when you ask for room service.

Pool was freezing cold. Hotel was not like a Sheraton hotel at all. More like a best western or ramada....

Location was not great. Staff was very very unfriendly. They charge $16 for a crappy continental breakfast.

The bathroom was so tiny, and the swimming pool wasn't open after dark. We like to swim before we go to sleep, and we couldn't do that.

You don't have to access the hotel through the lobby.

I have had better amenities and service from hotels with less star rating. The absence of a free Continental breakfast.

Microwave and coffee maker didn?t work, iron burn my shirt. I told them they didn?t care. Customer service was terrible

It was very clean. The room rate was reasonable and the location was convenient. Parking was free.

Breakfast cost extra and was basically the same food as breakfast at other hotels offered for free. The fees added to the room rate increased the rate equivalent to those of comparable hotels which included breakfast. Not the expected Sheraton standard

The hotel itself is nice enough--the lobby clean and inviting. The room was fairly basic but met my expectations. We enjoyed the lobby restaurant, in particular the service we received there.

It was as if there was zero soundproofing in our room, which faced the freeway. In an attempt to drown out the traffic noise, I ran the AC but it emitted a loud squealing sound that was even worse. The shuttle only runs hourly, which isn't convenient.

Plane was late did not check in until midnight no shuttle after 11:00 pm . Very tired but the hotel was fine.
