The laundry room

Kids running up and down the hall. Could hear everyone go in and come out of their rooms. May need carpet or rugs to absorb the sound.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Led by the Property Manager and everyone I met with during my stay gets 5 stars. ?????

The elevator didn't work, carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs was not ideal.

The room smelled with smoke! And there was a disturbance there with some guests where fire rescue and lots of police officers were called out and took someone to jail!

No fault of staff but elevator was out. Had to climb to floor 3 with luggage, go back down to get dinner, back up for night. Back down next am.

The staff was amazing, they everything to make my stay great!!!! Supper friendly and the hospitality was 5 star!!!

No free food and no pool , other than that very peaceful stay !!!

It has a good location and the lake in the back is nice

Most of the staff is rude. Some have no knowledge of their policies, check-in or check-out times. My fiance and I were misled and swindled when we checked in. We were told one thing, made sure she got everything correct, but ended up having to pay double

Good location and the room was very clean.

The elevator was not working for the 2 days that we stayed at the hotel. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs each day. My husband has problems with his knees and when I explained that to the staff member I was told the 4th fl was the best they could d.

the location is great.

the elevator was mechanically disabled. room was noticeably not clean. understaffed for guest assistance to even get a pillow or clean sheet. management is clearly not guest-oriented evident from the kind of service provided and poor accomodation

Nice quiet location.

The hallways smelled like weed and the hotel was non smoking. Also the elevators didn¿t work, so carrying bags up and down four flights of stairs isn¿t fun.

The employees were nice

The guest was jumping up and down on the top floor running making all kinds of noise.

The hot water in the bathroom that¿s all.

The hotel room was dirty, the sheets, wall, floor and fridge was dirty. There were a lot of ants and crawly bugs in our room. We were told there are no housekeeper our whole stay and to take our trash to the outside dumpster ourselves. No iron or soap.

LOCATION

THE ROOM HAD COROACHED IN IT AND THE KITCHEN HAD NO UTENCIL TO USE.THE STAFF WERES VERY AGGRESSIVE AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

Was very clean and the bed was comfy. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly.

The entrance and exit are very tight space and narrow to check in and check out.
