Location

Refrigerator was full of ice and there was no microwave in room. Beds are absolutely on the ground, I have never seen beds this low. They charge for parking for which there is no reason other than to gouge people. $100 pet fee.

When I opened the door to my room it stank! The smell of disinfectant was so overpowering it about knocked me over. I don?t know what they were trying to cover up but it was nasty. I was blowing my nose all night long. It was late. I was tired.

The staff...

My initial room had ants all over the desk and I was moved to another room that had red punch or soda in the window seal and on the A/C unit, plus the smell wasn't pleasant. I had to re-clean the room to my liking. I was given breakfast for my stay.

I was near by my bank, restaurants, stores and my family. The location was just perfect.

Despite making a reservation six weeks in advance,and Without notice,they over-booked and without notice moved us 25 min away with the room selection we made. Cost us almost 2 hours after a very long day. Same on them for calling!

Booked here last minute and was very pleased with everything! Clerk who checked me in was very friendly and funny. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious and clean also. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice safe location.

Area was very dark.

Overall customer service was awful. Manager was condescending and rude. Still haven't received my bill showing what I was charged for.

Clean and close to everything! Staff are friendly too and they have a shuttle.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area has shops and restaurants within a walking distance.

Wish the courtesy transportation started a little sooner in the morning.

The hotel lobby and common areas were very clean. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and kind. The bistro area and people who staffed it were great.

I had a three night stay and there was no housekeeping service to the room. I was a bit surprised about that. When I needed more towels and the trash to be emptied during my stay, the front desk people accommodated me right away.

Well run and maintained hotel. Very clean and the expected attention to detail is obvious.

Little difficult to find and not well lit.

The hotel location was close to mall, restaurants and other stores. It was the ONLY best thing about staying there.

Horrible! Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Plantation front desk staff have absolutely no class, no good customer service! Nasty & outright disrespectful! Spend your money elsewhere. Not worth the headaches to deal with them during a vacation.

Toilet leaking wasn’t able to be fixed until the day after I advised the desk clerk of the situation. And even after that, they were unable to fix it. Also had to get the shower curtain replaced due to black mold. I only expect clean beds and bathrooms.

Check out time was great. Ample parking. Close to main road with restaurants. Bed was comfortable

clean the hallways. Have extra blanket or throw blanket for +1. If they want to sit on the "couch" and watch TV and feel chilly, they wont HAVE to get in bed.
