La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Plantation at SW 6th St

The staff and other guests were too noisy at all hours, but especially during the night and very early in the morning

The Location

We have stayed here many many times over the years, since our last stay it has gone down hill big time. The hotel provided only one bath towel for two people, they gave all kinds of excuses as to why none were available, the breakfast was Excellent.

didn't like the bathroom situation, the tub, toilet in a bathroom, and the sink outside in the actual hall way. Rug was wet around where the bed was, and the elevator broke down our 2nd day there.

It is in Plantation FL near family.

The $100 deposit which they do not seem to return.

Convenient free parking, shopping close by. Very nice walking friendly location. Free breakfast was adequate.

Poor quality bed, pillows and sheets. Carpet and floors dirty and sticky. Two large bugs, One in the dresser, one in the shower. Only two bath towels provided but said we could ask for more. Mini fridge inside a dark awkward cabinet. Room felt dark.

Staff was professional

Needed to upgrade the mattress, more variety of fruits for breakfast, hotel smelled like dogs

Bad smells in rooms, first room given to me the air conditioning did not work. The second room given you could tell had a water leak and smelled like mold and mildew. The third room still had a smell but at this point the guy at the desk had an attitude.

Nothing to like

Not so good experience. Lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude. Breakfast time was until 9 am but she removed everything by 8:40. All guests were very upset. Secondly the room which we got in the night was smiling badly AC in the room was leaking

The price

This hotel need major upgrades. The elevator is not in working order. It?s loud and shakes really bad. The room carpet is very worn and smells like mildew

Girl that checked us in was sweet and helpful. Only part of this hotel that was good for us.

Filthy.Horrendous breakfast.Coffee in lobby was forever empty.The smell in the hallways and our room was terrible.We asked for air freshener but was looked at like we were from Mars.We walked to Target to buy room spray.not worth the price in any way.

It's a La Quinta, I usually pick this chain.

First room used, changed room. *USB room, not working had to go to lobby to charge my phone (2 hours). *Cold shower water (sink was hot). 2 hour wait 8:39 am to 10:30 am, not warmed up. Had to take a very cold shower and now, sick. Staff did not car
