Clean room, clean sheets, clean towels. Everything was working Good breakfast and well stocked Loved feeding the birds in the parking lot.

The hot tub was filthy and the pool needed cleaning as well. They both need to be drained and scrubbed.

I like everything! I've stayed here for years for business travel. Very convenient to highways, restraurants and pickleball!

The front desk workers were great. However their Manager was terrible to work with. Due to dirty rooms, elevator not working and also our room not being cleaned nightly we decided to check out. hotel employee was not helpful and was just full of excuses.

The fact that rooms don’t get cleaned on their own every night. The bad smell in the hallways rooms from the spray with whatever smell they were hiding, broken elevator, dirty towels with spots, and most important of all,

Other guest were very loud all night long and the walls are paper-thin. They took drugs and alcohol. Worst stay ever.

I liked the excellent breakfast, and all the staff was courteous, helpful, and very polite.

The hotel room that my paraplegic brother had was not handicap accessible, he had great difficulty getting up on the high bed and difficulty getting onto the low toilet, and was not able to take a shower, shower was not handicap accessible.

Clean, modern, nice rooms. Decent location, near major freeways. Air conditioning worked great. Very comfortable room!

Old furniture, toilet broken, crab bar in shower was loose/broken, mattress was old and make noise every time I move in the bed

The hotel was in a great area. The check in process was seamless and I received great customer service. The room was clean and inviting.

Unfortunately, the water to take a shower never got hot (cold showers aren't fun). Due to this issue I got sick and missed a few days of work.

The location was perfect for my purpose as it was right next door to the University of Miami medical facility. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was difficult to find at night. The way to adjust the air conditioning was not clear to me, yet I was ok with leaving this alone.

The bathroom water was only lukewarm, and it took an annoyingly long time to reach even that temperature, not hot, just barely warm. Moreover, the air conditioning was ineffective, failing to provide the comfort that was desperately needed.

There was a strange smell in the room and no ventilation as windows do not open. The windows were frosted so you could not see outside. We picked this hotel because it listed a hot tub, it apparently has been not working all year. Not as advertised.

Beds need new mattress, the support of the mattress in the two rooms were poor

Lobby, and rooms are clean and no smells. Hard floors and no carpet in the rooms. Breakfast is also nice with eggs, sausage, cereal always available.

On the 3rd floor, where the laundry is, did smell an oder like marijuana. What people do in their rooms can spread into the common areas. This is a problem with our society today.

The breakfast was terrible. Rubbery eggs and not a lot of fresh options. There appears to be an additional charge for an unknown reason.
