Reasonable studios on a shaded grove, much nicer than a hotel room

Beautiful, Great location, quiet, very friendly people including staff and other visitors

The location of this room was great. It provided Great access to The beach in downtown Fernandina Beach.

The cleanliness of the room was not great. The floor constantly felt like it was dirty. If you walked on it barefooted your feet turned black. We were not satisfied with that aspect of our stay.

It's location to the beach. The privacy of having your own private entrance. The rooms are decorated and appointed so well. The rooms are as spacious the pictures show. The staff is thoughtful, caring, helpful and friendly. I could go on but out of space.

The rooms could use a bit more light around the couch area. Our eyes are old and we need more light to read and such.

The bed was sandy (sheets couldn¿t have been washed from last guest), bed was super uncomfortable and noisy.

It was quiet, peaceful, and liked atmosphere. Liked landscaping.

Did not like the shower. Water everywhere. A glass shower door would be much better. Floors could have been cleaner. Slight odor, very sensitive, may have been pet odor, but could use some cleaning product, or air fresheners.

Very cute place to stay. The cottages are very quaint, bed was comfortable, and very close to the beach and other shopping.

The short walk to the beach and it¿s secluded feeling even though it was off a main road.

The TV channels- they had Pluto streaming. I prefer cabbie or Direct TV.

The staff is amazing. The ease of check in and out is great. The location can¿t be beat! Loved the room. We wish we could¿ve stayed longer.

The instruction emails were great, but there was no staff on hand at the hotel. No one in the front office.

Hotel is close to the beach. Ice cream shop and a few restaurants.

Room floor was dirty and seem like they haven¿t mopped it in a long time. Our feet were black on the bottom and we took off our shoes when we got there so it wasn¿t us. Recommend slippers be worn.

roomy, nice environment with trees and plants, peaceful, porch area with chairs , reg refrigerator, small but not a mini fridge like most motels. Very friendly staff. Good location
