Helpful desk, food, and cleaning staff.

We have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and situated in a beautiful location. The staff has always been, friendly, professional, and helpful.

We needed a place to stay for Hurricane Milton that was out of the way of it's path

The room size is a little on the smaller size but the hotel is very nice

Decore of lobby, hallways, serving areas was well thought out & excellent

Bed was miserable, linens were thin & did not match the size of mattress

The staff was very friendly and helpful , the hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable would definitely stay again

The pool was a little small

Clean spacious rooms, good parking and convenient location to all parks and downtown.

Breakfast could have more options. Sausage gravy over toast would be one example. Waffle makers were great

Everything from customer service, comfort of the room, breakfast was excellent.

The management and staff were exceptional!! The room smelled gross and had visibly not been cleaned in a long time. I didn't say anything bc there was a struggle to check in and didn't want to cause anymore issues. But again staff was great!

Friendly staff made the visit enjoyable. We had to leave early because the room was not clean. Plus the sofa was worn and broken down.

Room was not clean. We did have a dog and so I guess you get the 'dog room' when you check-in with a pet. The room was not clean and it felt like a pet lived in the room. It should not be that way. BTW, my dog is super clean, groomed regular.

Room was not cleaned as it should have been there was some rice and some pieces of meat left on couch

The "free" breakfast did not include any options for people with dietary restrictions such as a dairy allergy. Very disappointing

Rooms were exceptional! Bed was so comfortable as were the pillows! Breakfast was very good! The receptionist Marquita was very friendly and accommodating!

Good location and friendly staff. Room had everything we needed in terms of a full refrigerator, prep sink, microwave, coffee maker.

The room had an odd smell - a staleness. The AC was very loud when it kicked in, and cooled the room, but the room still felt oddly damp. Please check AC Breakfast was just OK. Waffle was good, pre-packaged breakfast eggs & biscuits were not appetizin

Beach was close. Very clean room with lots of space.

The hotel is clean and new. It is in a quiet location, close to the beach.

Not the best mattress or pillows, but we are spoiled by our Tempur Pedic at home¿
