Comfort Suites Dunnellon near Rainbow Springs

Location

Door was very difficult to get in. Door knob needs to be replaced even the cleaning lady complained about it

Salt pool. Size of room. Location was perfect for all of the activities I was doing around the area

Water pressure

Staff was exceptionally friendly.

Only thing was the carpeting in the rooms and hallways needed attention (frayed, discolored).

Our room smelled terrible, like a damp animal and stale. Our bed's headboard must back up to the other room's headboard, because we got NO SLEEP, banging on the wall ALL NIGHT!!!!

Location and staff

Had a suite with sofa bed. The sofa bed was in need of an upgraded mattress. Too thin.

location, courtesy of the employees

elevator was broken

Location to food and my golf tournament

The bed was hard and seemed ready to replace

AC did not work properly and room smelled of cigarette smoker (asked for non smoke room). Musty and damp because of AC problem. Couldn't sleep. Waste of money

Room was horrible experience. Skin veneer on bathroom door was peeling.

Great rooms. Very spacious. Love the extra sofa area. Breakfast was great and lots of options. Location was good & safe.

The beds were comfortable and with plenty of pillows! The breakfast was really good and the staff kept everything fresh and hot.

Everything felt nice and clean as soon as I walked in the hotel and most especially the room. Maids doing a great job.

Breakfast was good. Just lacking hash browns or potatoes as just eggs and sausage too plain.

Clean, quiet, convenient

Very close to the springs

The bed and pillows r extremely uncomfortable

Clean rooms, excellent customer service, great breakfast.

No shampoo, no body wash, small bottles, no enough for take a shower.

I was impressed with my whole experience at this hotel. Extremely clean and neat. Free continental breakfast, free parking, free gym, laundry room. Pool was open until 9pm. The staff were all very polite, very sweet and welcoming and most importantly helpful.

The decor was a bit dark for it being a fairly new hotel but seriously I'm just picking at straws here because we loved it.

Size of room, location, cleanliness.

Breakfast was being served at 7:00 AM and I had to be somewhere at that time.

Nice breakfast. Clean. Friendly staff. Lemon infused water available. Close to Rainbow Springs.

The hotel beds we¿re comfortable and the facility was quiet and clean.

Coffee was unavailable for a certain time because they move its location; that was an unnecessary inconvenience. Also, the wall unit heating/cooling systems should be updated.

Great location. Nicely appointed room. Great breakfast. Very clean

This hotel was classified as a 3.5 star, should have been a 4 star. We stayed at a 4 star in Orlando that was not even close to the level of this hotel. The place was clean, modern and staff were awesome!

Liked everything about it.
