- At check, in the person, (hair pulled back into a ponytail) was warm, welcoming and very professional. The room was VERY clean. The hotel was super clean and very neat. We will stay here again on our next trip to Pompano, FL. A++++ Hotel

Cons -
- I got an extra charge for no reason and when I contacted the hotel they said I should not have been charged and I should file a dispute with my bank. They did not try to investigate
- There was no shower gel in the bottle and was detached from the wall. The TV cable said no connection and only could watch tubi app very disappointing
- I didn?t like that I had to call and ask for towels and whoever was cleaning the room knocked over some of my personal items and it wasted and they didn?t clean it up.
