The cucumber water in the lobby!

Staff at front desk was not very friendly or helpful. The breakfast food area is way too cramped for the number of rooms/guests on property. Not enough seating! Again, for the size of the hotel, the gym is tiny.

The pool was really nice and they have cucumber lemon orange water it was good

I didn’t really like the breakfast but some of it was okay

Location

Due to flight delay we had to provide our own transportation. Plus they charge cruise transportation this is not free they charge $ 20.00 per person.

The proximity to the airport

Loud lobby area due to people waiting for room assignments. No option for early check in

A place for cruisers, too over hotel just hanging out. No place to sit , breakfast very over crowded

Great area, great staff, quick shuttle pickup at airport. The room was spacious and quiet.

Room service cleaned the room and did not replace clean towels. Front desk clerk upon check in did not inform of new charges for parking. Only after I received a bill on my CC for $75.84 and call to question it, then I learned about the parking fees.

The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was nice, location of the airport was a reasonable distant.

Walking distance to SeaWorld and waterpark, Starbucks in hotel and many food options to walk too

The lobby was nice and inviting.

The placement of the room I rented on the second floor was too close to the elevator. We heard the mechanics of the elevator after setting into the room.

The rude manager who stated it was my fault that the shuttle bus stopped early so when I called for the free shuttle to pick me up at airport and told her the shuttle and proximity to the airport was the reason I chose to buy this hotel.

manager refused my pickup at airport upon arrival. I then checked in the front desk for a 11 am shuttle back to the airport and stated I would wait outside for it. We waited for shuttle 11:05. I check with desk again and they said the bus already cam

The location, restaurants,shopping nearby, close to the beach,clean hotel

I did not like the rudeness of a couple of the employees and the breakfast was the same the 4 days I stayed there

We came in from a cruise ship to spend the night before flying home the next day. This hotel was crazy busy. They were full the night before and full the night we were there. They handled all of it with calm. We even got us into our 3 rooms early....

No - this was a wonderful stay. I would book it again.

The service was wonderful and the rooms were immaculate. Great location. Easy to walk to food and shopping plus perfect location to the airport and cruise port.

Absolutely nothing

The staff was very disorganized, they sold out of rooms and turned us away even though we had paid for our reservation a month in advanced. We were flying in from Texas and were extremely tired.

the hot tub tempuature was not 104 degrees as advertised . The temp was more like 85 degrees . THIS was brought to attention to the staff during my stay . THERE is something wrong with the heater in this hot tub !
