Loud party booked beneath us until 12:30am in ballroom, breakfast offerings were terrible, staff was unhelpful

Better linen, linen smelled like it had been on the bed a while, room needed airing out, linen should be fresh!

Nice pool. I liked the waterfall.

Beds seemed to be only full sized instead of the queens we ordered. The room had a musty smell. The pool had a bunch of debris floating in it.

I loved the room. The space and my room being near the elevator.

I did not have good reception in my room and so it was difficult to make or receive incoming calls. We also could not tell if we were connected to the WiFi.

Free airport shuttle

It was not clean and I received different information from staff regarding whether or not they had a car seat available for the airport shuttle for my toddler. When I called I was told it wasn?t a problem and yes they had one- that was not the case.

Great location and shuttle service- rooms were spacious

Staff at front desk need to inform guests about the shuttle service- you need to sign up- not informed about that Also, not informed about complimentary breakfast- when, where, hours, etc¿ All this information should be conveyed when checking in.

I have stay several times in Home2 hotel - only one elevators was working in this location - which made it frustrating at time you need it to leave the building ( no one notify us of this situation the bathroom in our room had issues also ..

The thief entered my room and stole my personal belongings. I reported it to the hotel management. They did nothing.

Pool was fun with the waterfall. Room was spacious and clean.

The front desk staff member acted extremely annoyed every time we had to interact with him. The housekeeping staff would not give me an extra bath towel.

Bed was very comfy. Lots of room.

We got off the cruise so arrived very early at 10:00 am. The lounges by the pool were very uncomfortable. We did finally get in our room at 1:45.

The Clerk was wonderful and the lobby was nice.

Room itself was ok

Cigarette smell in the room even after checking 2 socalled non smoking rooms. had no other choice. Was forced to stay overnight in the room and by morning had headache and my eyes were red due to the smell.

Location, and one or two of the staff members were nice the rest did not have hospitality experience at all.

Had something missing from our room, never asked for service and they wouldn¿t call back or help at all after several times calling and speaking with the housekeeping manager odeen.

No facial soap, no coffee/machine in bedroom; was given a broken coffee machine from the Friday attendant, blood stains on pillow case, stains/mold on bathroom walls, missing silverware, noises, guard sleeping, filthy floor, manager unavailable.

We arrived at 7pm but the room wasn¿t ready. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour while they rushed to get a room ready for us. We were offered a complimentary soda & to switch from a room with 2 queen beds to a room with 1 king bed as compensation
