There was a lot of trash in the hallways.Terrible service; I paid for a refrigerator but never received ,he staff is disgustingly racist

This place was disgusting there were roaches crawling in the bathroom. I checked out a day early and lost money. This should be stated in the details that you have to sleep with roaches. This is completely unacceptable.

I did not like anything about this motel!

The motel itself was run down, nothing like the pictures online. The room was very disgusting, the bathroom in the room was not cleaned. The toilet had poop in it. When I called the front desk to request a housekeeper to clean the bathroom she told me no.

Absolutely nothing this place made me scared to.even take off my shoes

The entire experience..... the lady at the front desk literally had to give me ice thst had been purchased from the store. They didnt have extra towels and the tub l9ok like someone died in it. Just awful!

Our stay was amazing and the staff was beyond helpful in ensuring all our needs were met. Our room was cold and the beds were comfortable. The entire team was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with!

It was in a convenient location in Dania beach

This seems like the place that a lot of people live at so it was not well kept. Its run down. People were comfortable outside laughing and talking until all hours of the night. Inside of the room was the most basic with a no night stand

The staff is amazing, they do their best to make everyone happy and comfortable. Hotel employees, and the rest of the staff are the best thing about this place. They make up for the poor accomodations and the loud construction going at 8am

This hotel is full of mold, roaches, bed bugs and is in a state of disrepair. I have a room that looks like it was destroyed but it doesn't have roaches or bed bugs, so I'm afraid to change it. If I turn off the AC, the walls and floor get wet.

The bathtub had a hole in it with sharp edges! They couldn?t provide the type of room we had supposedly reserved. Lots of noise and a sketchy environment.

Should be shut down! It was nasty!! The walls were filthy and had multiple holes in them. Never seen a bath tub as dirty/stained as this one. Door obviously had been kicked in before. The smell was awful!! Remote didn?t work..tv only had couple channels.

Staff/location/pet friendly

The whole area around the hotel and in the hotel was dirty Also felt very unsafe with someone sleeping in the sidewalk outside our room.

So dirty We couldn?t even use the shower

It was dirty and they failed to provide a wake-up call as requested.

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty. There was chips all over the chair and floor. And it smelled very moldy. It was an overnight stay. However for the price I expected better. The courtyard was littered with empty food containers. I would not stay

The beach was close

Yes the staff lives on the property so when they are off they stalk the guest
