Location and the staff was really nice.

The room was too warm the air conditioner seemed undersized for the room size

Super convenient location, close to the airport and the cruise terminal. Safe, quiet, and easy walk to shops and dinner. The breakfast was fantastic with choices as one of us has celiac disease. Many times continental breakfast means bread! Thank you!

We booked this hotel and paid high price for airport shuttle. It took forever more than 50 mins to pick us from airport at 11 PM. We see the shuttles but they don¿t stop at pick up point E Hotel WiFi was not connecting from the room Room was too col

We were going on a cruise & it was an excellent location for airport as well as cruise port. Offers a shuttle service (additional fee), it was very convenient. Also is a great location for nearby restaurants & shopping.

We did not experience anything negative

Room was very spacious, close to anything I needed, and very comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The parking is in a closed section, you can only park with a room key card. There were a lot of shops and dining options within walking distance. The hotel was five minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport.

We were not informed that housekeeping only cleaned the room if we asked at the front desk the day of before noon. There was complimentary coffee that randomly ended on the third of fourth day of our 7 day stay, there was no warning.

Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was nice and clean. rooms are large, great for families.

Pull out only included a sheet, no other blankets or pillows were stored in the room, you had to request them. Shower was very dark, not very much lighting in the bathroom.

The furnishings were out of date and the water pressure was low for the shower. Average hotel at best.

Let me tell you me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay there ! Only thing we didn¿t like was the carpet because my bf has allergies. Next time hard wood floors . The bed was beyond comfortable and spacious . The shower was small but ok .

The room was very clean the sofa bed was a plus. The location was great. You could walk to the stores.

I just did not like the fact housekeeping does not come to your room anymore to change sheets and bring towels.

Front desk staff both day and night were so nice and helpful, room nice, clean and quiet, easy safe parking, good social distancing reminders in place.
