Breakfast buffet, rooms were clean, nice area to walk to restaurants and stores.

It was close to where we needed to be and it had what we needed for our groups one night pre cruise stay

We all had to wait too long at the airport to be picked up and communication was poor

Love the hotel but for placing me by the exit door on first level was the worst place to be. People talking and using that door at 4:30 am, was unacceptable.

Full breakfast. Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Great showers. And spacious rooms.

Airport Shuttle & breakfast

We were told by the front desk clerk that drinks at the bar were complimentary & they were not.

Nice rooms and location was close to the airport and walking distance for shops and restaurants.

Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast. We had a car that made it easy to get around. There is still a lot to do nearby without a car- just not the beach

Staff was awesome, walking distance to a handful of restaurants and shopping, clean rooms, shuttle from FLL

No grocery or liquor store within walking distance

I have booked this hotel twice before in recent years and was impressed with the front desk staff and service. When returning this time I was extremely disappointed at the degradation of the front desk staff. More experienced staff were replaced.

Nice and spacious suite

I had an matter that wasn't address due to some had my room door open while I was there. I came back to my room to see the door open. I addressed it to the front understand they said that they will follow up on it, which they never did. Smh

CLEANLINESS COURTEOUS OF THE CHECKING STAFF, VERY FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND ALL AMENITIES WERE PROVIDED

It’s was clean. Loved the bed and room amenities. Great location. Plus even though it wasn’t any hot breakfast due to COVID. They did offer light breakfast that did the job.

Deposit fee that I was unaware of. But you get it back.

Awesome. Clean. Comfortable bed. Couch, desk, full kitchen with everything. Refrigerator Pull out couch with queen bed. Breakfast awesome. Employees great. Only thing wrong was that ice maker didn’t work. No problem for.

Getting to the airport was an easy drive. The rooms were great. Our two teenage grandkids thought their room looked like an apartment with a kitchen and livingroom. The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicius

The room was clean and well outfitted.

The shower head was not properly attached to the wall. The luggage stand in the room was broken.

Fire alarm went off and ruined the night sleep . After alarm ,staff did not know how to use the fire panel to turn it off so it went for hrs even thou it was false alarm. Manager on duty should be trained in doing this or have the password available..

Spacious room, very clean, convenient location.

Location was good for our trip

It was loud, breakfast looked sad.

The shuttle pick up at the airport is non-existent. We took a cab. Another couple waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and was not yet picked up. The shuttle drive to the airport was 20 minutes late for a 10 minute drive. He said he had to go to to the john.
