Ft. Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port, FL

Great location, very clean hotel, and everybody was very friendly, including Cooper at the front desk.

Breakfast at the hotel, which was included in our hotel cost, was horrible. Absence of any type of service that you would expect. I had to ask for orange juice, they were supposed to bring two, only brought one. They never gave water or Cleaned the table.

First upon booking, there is no explanation that the hotel is under construction. Second, no one mentioned that the pool was closed until we checked into the under construction lobby. The explanation was given that we could visit the sister hotel.

Tropical landscape, proximity to port and friendliness of the staff.

Weak on service. Floor was very dirty. Few towels, minimal coffee items.

Foyer was beautiful

Lousy pillows No free breakfast Candy bars $4.00 APIECE. Ridiculous Shower was crazy. All over the floor. No control over the water spillage Shuttle should have been free. Uber would have been cheaper Love Hiltons going back to Hampton Suites

Bathroom sink dirty. The bar tender, Ilana ruined my husband's birthday. She was mean & ignored everyone trying to get drinks, threatened to close the bar and complained. We waited over 30 mins for a drink and check - terrible atmosphere patrons unhappy

Leaving

One of 2 elevators was out of service. The staff was unfriendly and uncaring. The first room we were in had an A/C leak. The carpet was wet. Both mornings, they ran out of coffee and were in no hurry to make more.

Well situated . Clean .Newly Renovated .Stylish . Shuttle runs 24 hours .Hotel will aid in shuttling to nearby locations ,if disabled . Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable Beds . We will most certainly visit again .

location close to airport and cruse terminal. On site restaurant was good although not open in the AM. Courtesy van service from airport and also to the cruise terminal. Several restaurants in walking distance. Service was good. Room was clean.

Room needed deep cleaning as there were beer bottle caps under desk plus dirt and dust under chairs and desks.

Though it wasn¿t close to the beach I certainly liked the location and the front desk/restaurant staff were really nice people.

Housekeeping came around 30 mins before check out knocking as though i overstayed. I had this one lady banging the door several times as though I did something at 11:30 am. I literally had to yell from the bathroom as she kept going at it. Check out is 12

Due to a missed connection/5 hour delay, I had a last minute layover in FLL. From the shuttle to the receptionist to the restaurant/bar everyone was welcoming, polite and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Thank you for making my day!

Clean room.

Guess I¿m used to eye contact and more info from the reception desk. Had to ask how to get to room. I could have figured it out. Just found it interesting for Hilton. Bed very soft.

Old style elegance and with great attention by staff.Excellent room designed well unlike modern sterile Holiday Inn Express,where accoutrements are only style as the lighting being reflective not direct.You cannot see in the bathroom or main living space.

Nothing,a great experience and quiet for the area.Good quality clientele.Only the carpet in the hallways needs replacement.Hilton is a top brand hotel at a reasonable price!
