Beds not especially comfortable. Pillows extremely soft

roof pool. Cleanliness of rooms. Quiteness. Neighborhood.

Could benefit from coffee in the lobby in the morning and cold water throughout day.

Customer service was good Hotel employee was the best , It was my birthday and she helped with all these nice places to go have a good time, very close to the airport

The air condition made a lot of noise but they offer to change my room

The layout of the hotel, the ease of getting into the room, the space in the room and for sure the pool.

Location to airport and restaurants was excellent. In addition the pool and workout facilities were outstanding

The hotel did not have running water for us to shower no were there any accommodations. Poor customer service.

Hotel was so elegant ¿¿ and close to so many shops. The airport is only minutes away.

Convenient walking distance to restaurants, stores, some entertainment and 15-minute drive to the beach.

It¿s a modern looking hotel with nice rooms.

I stayed for 3 nights. On day 2 my room still had not been serviced even tho I asked the front desk for it to be cleaned at 10a. I got back to my room at 5p still not cleaned. Very disappointed.

Yes, the room had dust and the restroom the drain was dirty

Large spacious room,very good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Close to airport and cruise port.

Room was not clean. Dirty floors and tables. Shower did not work well and door gaped open so water spilled onto floor. Called room service about the floor,someone came and lightly passed a mop in small area which did nothing. I redid bathroom floor and area where we walked with wash cloths.Showed the very dirty wash cloths to management. They apologized and gave us extra reward points and would take it up with housekeeping.

The location close to the airport and easy access, the restaurant, and the staff. The rooms were cleaned and the staff very accommodating when we needed some more bedding for the pullout couch. The European fixtures and quality of the bedroom stuff.

Staff very polite and nice.Rooms are specious,clean,comfortable and just perfect.The lounge is huge and plenty of space to seat whilst waiting for your room to be ready.Early check in was great.BIG THANKS

Late email response,Should have notified us to call for the shuttle once we arrived at the airport.We had to call uber to get to the hotel.
