Room not for light sleepers. We were awoken every hour by a/c turning on/off thus allowing the noise of folks walking down hallway with luggage to wake us up.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Dog friendly.

There was roach in my room by the bed crawling up the wall, I went to the front desk an told them nothing was done.there were dirty towels in my shower on the shower curtain.…

1. Valet spot "supervisor" who shooed us off when we arrived at the backdoor of the hotel. Come on, did not even let us stop for 2 minutes to offload luggage and a toddler off the car?? 2. HVAC unit in our room was crazy loud and we could not sleep at all

The size of the room.

This hotel was exactly what I expected. It iOS in a good location close to the airport and downtown. Surprisingly no airplane noise so that is a plus.

Proximity to the airport and cruise port

This hotel desperately needs some updates. The bed was saggy. The window air conditioner unit was noisy and inefficient. There was no in-room coffee. The shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Not worth $---!

The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. Also the shuttle drivers are on point in getting in and out of traffic and could teach a defensive driving class. This hotel will need on my list of we need a place to stay before or next cruise.

Clean rooms, airport shuttle, and friendly staff.

The shuttle was in an accident after midnight, and the hotel and shuttle company did nothing to help the passengers. They left them on the side of the road for two hours until they called an Uber.

The shuttle almost killing the passengers, and then abandoning them on the side of the road.

Staff were friendly

The shuttle from the airport. Completely unsafe. 18 people shoved into the van and the driver, Miguel, was always on the phone!!! At least get him a Bluetooth, but preferably get him off the phone!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The airport shuttle running at 4 in the morning was a plus

You could hear street noise from the room.

Basically nothing; served my needs with a late nite check in and early departure

$15 parking fee or walk a block to sister company to park for free

Room was newer and clean.

Loud. AC was loud. Weird noise by the door was loud. Everything was loud. Also the faucet in bathroom was loose. Location was sketchy at best.

Easy access to the hotel, friendly stuff and delicious breakfast.

I liked it all.

No drawers for clothes, no closet, hard to find entrance for check in
