Staff and outside safe place

Smoking in room, bathroom flush not working even after complaint they didn't fix

Perhaps was just my poor choice of stay, but I felt unsafe, the room was dirty and had a bad smell. I booked under a price to find out other extra charges. There should be at least soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom... but there was none.

It was used as lots of people but not dirty. It was easy to use not much rules and great place for a night or two

Some beds lack space but there to sleep so more a personal feeling not a general statement

bathroom toilet was clogged shower knob was detached from valve,shower head mount broken dryer took me for 7 dollars and3 pants were still wet my room locker was on the floor and had to lay down and use a flashlight to open left after 1 night paid for

Quiet and clean

Alot of transient people sooo long term tenants, they don't keep it clean there 20 people to 1 bathroom that's ridiculous so it was filthy with urine all over the floor plus it's always tied up, a person was sleeping in the hall that didn't have a room, 11pm quiet hr not respected at all, and guests fornicating regardless of who was in the room, not a good place for women to stay to sight see

I like the location and the beds have some sort of privacy that the blinds provide.

What is didnt like was the people staying there not everyone only a certain few who dont respect the rules of no noise after 11pm and lights out and no eating in the rooms period and the bathroom should be bleached everyday and black mold in bathroom that has been painted over.

Horrifying

I was terrible experience, the rooms smells so bad and the people there taking substances in the premises. I got scared of the place and immediately booked other hotel and left the premises.

Honestly nothing was good

First of all none of this feels safe, the door to enter the court where all the rooms are located isn't even locked well. You get to sleep in a bad neighborhood, there’s nothing around and the facilities aren't better, nothing feels clean. You share the room with homeless people not cleaning their areas and making you feel you're in their room, talking like you're not here and snoring. If you plan on staying one night from 11pm to 6am that could do but otherwise just choose a place somewhere else. I couldn't stay there and had to move in a motel around, uber driver said I wasn't the only one escaping from this place... Definitely not what I was expecting but the peice should have been a good indicator.

No breakfast i did not stat in the hostel I stayed i n room by my self i don't like staying with people I don't know if love staying by myself and I enjoy it a little too expensive for the night but it was good

Bad area. Horrible bathrooms. Horrible people with mental illness living there It's a men's shelter which charges money

It was like a crack house people outside doing drugs it was stank and dirty I did not stay I walked in and left ! And they did not give me a refund she was very rude about it

The bathroom inside the dorms out of service.

Good location for bus and shopping and close to airport. Once I found outside bathroom and TV room it was okay but staff person didn't explain where things were.

Mostly veterans and homeless and rehab people staying there monthly and weekly. This was not a typical hostel where you can only stay a few days and it's for international travelers.

Absolutely nothing.

Literally everything, no toilet paper, room stunk, at one point there was no water, everyone took up the extra storage and fridge, people were actually living at this hostel and not friendly in the slightest, management double charged me for parking and had the hardest time finding my reservation.
