Only 50 feet from the beach in the beautiful ocean side city of Cocoa Beach, Florida, this property offers fully furnished condo-style accommodations filled with a variety of conveniences. Discovery Beach Resort features one, 2 and 3-bedroom suites with full kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms. Guests can enjoy the view from the private balcony or watch one of the cable TVs. After spending the day at the beach, guests can go for a swim in the outdoor pool or workout in the exercise room. The Discovery Beach also boasts a game room with pool tables as well as a cafe and lounge.

Pros +
- The hotel has an incredible beach view! The staff was lovely, they helped us so much and gave us recommendations for our trip. The location is perfect as the beach is about a minute walk.
- Location and stafg
- The location is very nice right on the beach and close to restaurants and Publix grocery store, Rooms are nice but need updating.
Cons -
- Room wqs sandy everywhere. Sheets had sauce stains. The air wouldn't go below 75. No shampoo in rooms. Rooms were ok but beds were small. It was sandy no shampoo no room service.
- Beds were uncomfortable and people were noisy above us.
- The only thing we did not like was there was no beach loungers and umbrellas on the beach for rent. The ones for rent in the lobby were not suitable for our advanced age. But there was one a little ways down the beach to rent so it worked out.
