The location was right in the middle of everywhere as we wanted to be! Also, the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating to us

My only suggestion was to maybe have curtains in the bedroom because all the lights outside made it seem like it was daylight all night

The location

There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no hairdryer. There werent washcloths. I asked housekeeping for some and never got them. The towels were old and stained. The deadbolt didnt line up properly to the frame so I couldnt get it to lock.

Location was great, rooms were small, beds not comfortable. They were like a murphy bed, bathroom was very small. Hot water for a shower took 15 minutes to get hot, my daughters room had ants and no hot water at all, we were disappointed for the price.

This hotel is in an awesome location, walking distance to alot of attractions.

If you're looking for a comfortable stay, it is not at this place, amenities are at the absolute minimum. Uncomfortable beds, small bathroom.

Room was nothing like the pictures or the room I chose and reserved. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go to the office to get some. There were no wash clothes. I asked for more towels and some wash clothes 3 times and never got them.

Could not watch TV from the bed. Safe was broke.

Bugs. Filth. Rust. Dishes unclean. Garbage & dust behind beds & couch. Smelled. TV did not work. Paint peeling inside. Mold on shower curtain. NO hot water. No clean towel service. Filthy mattresses. Stained sheets. No desk service. Loud doors.

Location is great! And parking. Pool area was ideal too, but dirty.

I dont like dirty rooms, towels, dishes, toilets and tube. Furmitures was also old and dirty. Price was normal in that area, but high if you think what you get another places and same price.

After I checked in I sat out side for 2 hours with my 16 month old granddaughter because the room waa still dirty. Room next to me partied all night long. People throwing up all over sidewalk. And people smoking weed right next to me.

The location is good, however there was construction site right outside the window and they start working at 6.00am. Forget about sleeping in.

The motel should be bulldozed 30 years ago. Everything was old and dirty. TV wasn't working, the mattress was broken, the pool was supposed to be heated, but it wasn't. We stayed only one night, packed our suitcase and got out. The worst motel ever.

Room was quaint and on the main beach strip. We had a private ground level patio.

The staff and manager made for a horrible stay. Parking passes are charged extra for the room. The almost towed our rental...and a family friend that lived in the area that came to visit. The manager upcharged an additional day instead of honoring sp rate

Walking distance to everything you would want to do in clearwater beach. My room had a nice outdoor spot to sit, but not all rooms did.

Little things they could do better: tv remote didnt work, no functioning deadbolt on door (important to a solo female traveler), no hair dryer, shower curtain ripping off hangers.

The location is the only going good about this hotel.

The hotel was gross! I felt unsafe, everything was old and broken, there was a huge roach, it smelled moist and musty, the A/C was in the bedroom and only cooled that room, its $15 for extra car but cash only and without notice beforehand. Sketchy!

Motel must have been built in the 50's and hasn't seen an upgrade since

I thought I booked the room for 2 nights but I only did it for 1.  the owner, went above and beyond my expectations to get us another room.

Definitely time for a remodel.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The motel was only a block away from the beach.

It is outdated, but clean. Needs to be upgraded. We asked to stay an additional night and were put in another room which was a bit better.
