Location is perfect! Nearby are several good restaurants - and the one attached to hotel has excellent pizza! The river walk is but a few steps away! Breakfast buffet better than expected!

The room I was assigned was on the 2nd floor, directly above the restaurant. I had requested a waterfront room, and there were other waterfront rooms, but I wondered if booking through a third party affected the choice of room they assigned me. It was extremely noisy in my room the entire time the restaurant was open. The breakfast was very meager for a Marriott. The furniture in the lobby and in the room was stained and dirty. The workout room did not have any of the hand sanitizer or towelettes in the dispenser, and when I asked for it to be filled, it wasn't filled that day, and it required another ask and another day to fill it. The hotel is not even five years old, and it is already showing a lot of wear and tear. It was not worth the almost $300 it ended up costing me per night. I have stayed in many other Marriotts that were of much better quality than this one. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. The breakfast had two kinds of cereal, scrambled eggs, and a breakfast sandwich. They didn't have bread, just muffins and bagels, and the fruit was not of good quality. The sink did not drain, and housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning the bathroom or any of the surfaces. They did not empty the trash. They also did not service the room until mid-afternoon. They did not replenish the supplies in the room, like coffee cups or soap.
