Location

The shower. Heads need to be cleaned or replaced. Toilets need to be replaced . My room? The tank broke off. Had to hold handel to flush. Electrical outlet by bed are wore out.

Front desk was friendly, size of room was good. Like the freezer with the fridge.

The hotel had a lot of smells likely due to common areas lacking AC. The room itself had a smell that took some time to go away. I needed a spoon bc missed breakfast and the lady cleaning the area would not give me one.

Although it?s an older hotel it?s very well kept and clean. Pleasant employees. Super cold a/c. Great hot water and pressure.

Although I get carpet gets gross- the tile floors weren?t my favorite. It was very sandy( e went to the beach on our trip) and freezing in it feet especially in the mornings.

Reserved disabled accessible room. Arrived and none was available. Could not stay. Still waiting on refund. We were never given a room that we reserved but they haven?t refunded us

The room was very dark almost like a cave. Bathroom has 1 light which is around mirror and none in shower. Carpet is old and dark.

Musty smell,dirty floor and hallway no phone and broken tv

it had fire ants in the a/c cooling unit, it had spiders in the shower, the a/c cooling system sound like a jet motor at 2am

Fridge didnt work ,also melted all my ice cream, lady receptionist was rude, they would only change sheets on 1 out of 2 beds a day,only refilled coffee 1 out of 3 days

Hotel itself was ok and staff was nice.

Location was bad. Did not feel comfortable walking around outside. Also stayed first night and asked to get out of last two nights and they refused even though hotel was way below expectations.

As soon as you walked in you can smell a hint of bleach. A very clean place. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and professional

The rooms have a mold odor to it. The pool and pool area wasn¿t clean so we didn¿t use it.

Room was decent, however I didn¿t sleep well bc I could clearly hear the person next to our room talk and snore most of the nights night.

The thin walls and the guy that checked me in was rude. H we didn¿t speak up or seem to be happy to have a job.

Easy access to a lot of things.

Seemed like it was falling apart and could do with a lot of upgrades. The elevator was too small.

I did not expect much and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and efficient, the hotel was immaculate and the cleaning people were really wonderful.

I did not feel unsafe in the neighborhood; however, it is kind of tired and shabby. You really need to leave the area if you want to eat or shop.

Hard beds, pool wasn't working, toilet was outdated and rocked when sat upon.

I had a room to stay in and a shower to use

Clean comfortable room

Phone inop, air condition/heater controls cap broken, radio clock not set, no privacy tag for door. NO ATTEMPT OF STAFF TO RECTUFY ONCE REPORTED.
