Location and value in July at the beach! Checkin and checkout was easy and personnel very kind and friendly.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. No in-room coffee maker, hair dryer or iron

it is clean and reasonably priced.

We were on the first floor and a couple with a young boy were staying in the room above us. Apparently this boy ran and jumped in their room from 8pm until 12am. Nothing but thump, thump, and boom! This went on for 2 nights in a row. Very, very, annoying!

The room served it's purpose. We just needed somewhere to stay so we could head to the beach the next day. I loved that it had a microwave and refrigerator. They did not offer coffee but a Dunkin Donuts and other stores were within walking distance.

I was in room 205. I am not sure if it had a fan in the bathroom but if it did it was not working.

Consumer service was great.

Extremely too small, no free breakfast, no dinette table, no space. The sales rep I had a coupon for my troubles, he was very disappointing, he got on the phone twice, neither time he met my expectation,he gave me the wrong address, it was a nightmare.

Location to the ferry, restaurants, and shops was nice.

I booked online & entered two adults and one child (age 13). I paid online and then when I showed up, the hotel clerk charged me for my son AGAIN! I had been traveling all day and didn't want to argue so I just paid it; however, very unfair.

Anchorage Motel does not have a 2 night minimum like other hotels, and the desk staff were wonderful. They made recommendations for getting to the Boardwalk and answered all my questions.

Room was much smaller than expected. Photos on website indicated a much larger space.

No effort to remedy issues like the loud rapid ticking refrigerator.Had to unplug it.Soap chip,but no barsoap conditioner or lotion.No coffee pot in room. Uncomfortable bed. Left early. Might be ok for youth who don't care. No breakfast.

Parking

The lady running it was really rude. The office closes early and she told me because I didn¿t get there earlier I can¿t have my room that I already paid fort I didn¿t know the office closed early into the night. She than chastised everything I said.

Overall great experience. Convenient to the beach and boardwalk.

Not really the hotel's fault, but the traffic situation in the area was pretty bad.

Location

Room was very dirty, found multiple different colored hairs on pretty much everything from sheets to walls to towels. Bathroom was tiny with no counter space, VERY different from what is shown in pictures on this hotels website. Very disappointed.

The price was lower than most. It was clean and close to shopping and only 5 min. drive to beach.

There was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. There was not really much room for the table and chair that blocked the bathroom door. With a cot in the room it was really tight but it worked for the short stay we had. We were always short a towel.

Great Value! Fun town. Great beach.

WiFi was poor. Location is somewhat inconvenient. Driving to the beach results in a parking search that takes away from the day. For the price not terrible.
