That I did not book multiple days!

There is a onsite bar, where there was no clear effort to deal with loud, vulgar language pouring out all over.

Room was filthy and needs new carpet. I sent photos directly to the hotel but have not heard back yet. The staff members were great & had beautiful Christmas decorations. Sad, because this would be a great hotel if they did a MAJOR deep cleaning.

Great staff, amenities and location! We were within walking distance of the Main Street and all the good downtown places! Staff members were wonderful, friendly, courteous and helpful! Great courtyard, breakfast, etc!

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful the receptionist went above and beyond in assisting in our accommodations and the chef was awesome.

They do not clean the room daily.

They charged us $8.00 on our bill for 2 small bottles of water that we drank that were supposed to be used for making coffee.

Check in was quick with welcoming staff. Attractive, comfortable lobby with complementary refreshments. Room upgrade a great bonus! Short walk to shopping area and beach. Overall, a wonderful getaway!

We did have room neighbours that woke us at 1 am! We had to go out to the hall and ask them to keep it down. Don't mind noise before 10:30 but after midnight in a hotel like this is not ok.

Nice hotel but, I didn't appreciate what happened at breakfast and after I checked out. Two strange events that were unnecessary.

Breakfast was OK , garden was very nice, cocktail tickest above average

noisey heating and air system unit 106 garden only , powder eggs, bed not as comfortable as other rooms

The staff was amazing - gracious ans accommodating.My wife and I stayed just one night ( this was a getaway from my daughter and grandkids - both very exhausting).Also, it ws my wife's birthday and this was our time to ourselves.Our stay wss too brief for a 'romantic experience', but we'll be back when we can stay an extended time.

Bed has plastic cover so it’s noisy any time you move. Also not comfortable. Pillows were empty so you had to bunch them up so they had any ounce of fullness.

Pillows and bed. Also ridiculous you pay for parking when you pay so much for the room. This is an expensive hotel. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking!

Room smelled like mold/mildew, poorly set-up breakfast and unhappy guests, undisclosed fees, lots of new staff in training

Wonderful location, amenities were beautiful , staff were all delightful. Free breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast that my wife or I have ever had.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve had included with the hotel stay. I would recommend 100%.

I liked everything about this property

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is really lovely, nice rooms, comfortable bed and all the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The spa was excellent too. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely be going back.
