No maid service at all during 3 night stay, despite repeated requests.

The people are very nice, it is pretty quiet and between the fact that there is a pool and it's right in downtown, it's our favorite place when we come for a couple of days. They keep it clean, parking is free! Decor is old but ok.

Weren't sure if they changed one of the double beds in our room (someone had maybe turned down the covers and lay there to watch tv; everything was wrinkled like that, other bed wasn't). Also 2 dirty towels left behind bathroom door. Otherwise very clean

Definitely the staff and location of the hotel.

It was old and not up to date and guests were rambunctious. At 3am a group of people started screaming in conversation and it was unbearable. I had to leave one day early (and still pay full price).

Rooms were surprisingly nice Great location

Would have liked a small continental breakfast, milk or cream with coffee (not just creamer), nicer lobby or somewhere to sit that wasn't in or looking at the parking lot

The location of this hotel was great. Only a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk. Many excellent food options nearby. Fairly quiet for the most part. Free parking a definite plus.

No in room coffee maker.

Location is outstanding. Since a parking space is included, it was extremely easy to bring all of our beach gear, and leave the vehicle for the day and walk to the beach. Staff allowed us to check out an hour later than normal, which was very helpful.

Location! Short walk to the beach, right on the main street, and across the street from Henelopen Oyster House

It was clean and had all the amenities expected for this price range. It is right in the main strip of beach shops.

The windows/door placement are motel style, can't really open the drapes without everyone walking by being able to look in.

The location is the second block from the beach. This is a 2 star motel at 5 star prices. Do not assume you will be able to sleep. We are exhausted form this motel experience.

The worst was the nightly noise. We had 4 guys in the room next to us who stayed up until 4:00 AM with the door open and talking outside on the outside hallway. The doors are not soundproof and you can hear everything from the conversations until 4AM to

Loved this hotel! Great location! Very clean! Nice continental breakfast, wine and cheese in the lobby at 5pm, and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at 8pm! The pool was great! Super close to the beach and boardwalk! We had a great time!

Friendly staff, location, and cleanliness

Friendly staff; nice clean room; 1 1/2 blocks from the beach; towels located conveniently by the pool and pool is above street level.

Very small toilet. Small pool; if you get 6 kids in there forget it. People smoke around pool.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean room.

Beds were a bit small but doable for a short stay.

Hot elevator...like omg sweating to death, "if this thing stops there's not even a trap door and we will die of heat exhaustion" king of hot! Other than that, the inn met my expectations, but did not impress in ANY way. Little touches go a long way mgmt!

Location was great - staff friendly, and relatively quiet for being located in a busy area.

Pool a little small but I understand this hotel has bigger pool than most in area. Air conditioner kicked on and off a lot but not to a degree that room was too hot. Just could have been more of a consistent room temperature.

Great proximity to the beach.

Noisy in the morning. Wish windows were a little more sound proof.
