The room was a good size and comfortable

Yes--the TV remote had no working guide features the AC unit was very loud.

Friendly service, Greeted us when you came through the doors with a friendly upbeat courteous attitude.

Too much chlorine in the pool. Pool water was cold.

The staff, the dining area was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast presentation was excellent and the food was very tasty. I would book at this hotel again

Thought our room could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom.

Room not clean, so many things broken in the room, terrible wifi and internet connection, phones in room didn¿t work, not clean, we had the room next to the elevator and ice maker as well.

Clean, all the amenities we needed,mostly quiet, and allowed out pup without major extra cost.

Temp in the room was 77 when we checked in which made it take almost all night to cool down.There was an apparent mixup with payment already being made but not showing in the hotel system.This led to an uncomfortable discussion but eventually resolved.

The hotel was clean. In a good location and breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

The location of the hotel was pretty much in the boom docks.We had to drive ¿¿ fifteen,twenty minutes out of to find a restaurant. There was no fast food nearby the hotel.

Hotel was not clean. Bathroom was actually disgusting but I was exhausted from driving all night/day and had zero desire to try to drive to another location,

Clean, quiet, friendly. Well-maintained, excellent breakfast. Plenty of soft towels, pillows and sheets. Lovely visit!!

Heater blew cold air at high fan setting regardless of resetting. Staff tried to reset also. Finally turned it off.

The location and fact that it had indoor pool.

The indoor pool room was dirty and the room and water were cold. Pool towels were thin and tiny. Our hotel room temp was set at 63F. Breakfast was inedible. Bagged hardboiled eggs swimming in juice and moldy bagels. Manager never called us about this.

Room was lacking a 2nd roll of toilet paper. Remote didn’t work and had to walk to desk 4 times. 2 remotes were missing battery covers.

cozy place, nice staff. the room was clean but there were a couple of long black hair which were not mine.

breakfast on Monday wasn't the same as on the weekend- no bagel. no bread, no cream cheese

Didn’t run into too many people, great room set up. Seemed clean

They ran out of pull out beds and I was told I’d be accommodated with one on the phone.

Staff tried to accomadate even though computers were down

Did not know what rooms were vacant and could not generate card keys after an hour. We were given actual keys, brought our luggage up and opened the door to an occupied room (315) poligized to occupants and was given actual key to 312 which was vacant

Offered late check out to all for an add'l fee for tournament going on with my daughter/field hockey. Huge help.

They overbooked/pool not working/only 1 washer/dryer in whole hotel/ran out-fruit/over priced/restaurants are 15min+ away/fitness room-3 things/tournament for daughter-they were not prepared/sink-cold water only&no water pressure/shower head was terrible

The staff was really nice and accommodating. They said we would get a full refund for our room.

Well there was no hot water while we were there and our room had not been properly cleaned for a new arrival.
