The exit from parking lot onto busy road

Nothing bad to say!! Staff was so kind and seemed to truly care that we have a great stay.We even got a text stating that our room was ready should we need to check in early. That never happens with chain hotels, so kudo's! Hotel is older but well kept.

The room wasn't entirely updated but extremely clean ,in good shape and very affordable

I loved how the area was out of the way of the main drag and quiet, but close to OCMD boardwalk attractions. The hotel was so quaint and retro looking, with the rooms being updated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again!

The air conditioning did not remove the water in the air so towels and swim suits did not dry overnight.

Location. Was within walking distance to the beach.

No iron, ironing board, laundry bag, clock radio. These you would expect in most hotels.

Great location, just short walk from the beach and right on the central road into the town.

It¿s an old and simple place prices accordingly. It¿s clean and staff is helpful. It¿s an honest value for the money, just don¿t expect it to rival Ritz. The only thing I didn¿t like was the mattress. Way too soft for my tastes, but everyone is different.

The staff were trying to answer the questions I had. Once one of then made coffee once because I asked for it.

The star rating for hotel is really need to get fixed. I even saw the four star rating somewhere. This is a great one star motel. That's it. There is no restaurant inside, no breakfast except coffee, no elevator, it's just a pool.

It was clean, beds were comfortable and location is great for walking distance for restaurants, mini golf, beach, shopping, etc

Unable to get on their wifi the entire time we were there.If you are there & have to do any type of work/business, forget it. Was very disappointed about that since I always make sure that where I book they have free in room wifi & it was not the case!

The housekeeping cleaned every day. The hotel also have washer and dryer. Everything was near this hotel like waterpark, mini-golf, go gart, food and the beach was across the street.

Staff was very welcoming! Slightly dated room, but VERY clean. Mattress was very comfortable. Close walked to the beach. Close walk/drive to great restaurants and bars.

Great location for beach and activities Family friendly area

Location was perfect for a family with kids. surrounded by three mini golf places, go kart racing (small track), water park, beach across the street, dunkin donuts for breakfast in the am, two ice cream places, a candy shop and a fantastic owner/manager!

rooms were very outdated and vending machine was mostly empty. Still, the location was perfect and the hospitality was amazing.
