Fenwick Islander Motel

The cleanliness of the room was definitely important to us, and this motel does a nice job. the front desk, was a helpful and gracious host! She takes pride in her job and goes over and beyond!! Hard to find that kind of dedication these days

Nothing major. Just minor maintenance issues like the balcony door was hard to keep shut, kept popping open.Problem with the alignment of the handle mechanism.The mini-frig needed a freezer defrost and a door on the freezer compartment to really work well

Poor value. Cinder block wall dated motel with very old and squeaky spring mattresses. Disappointing for almost $--- a night

Staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful! We were in town for a music festival and she explained the Park and Ride, restaurants and other places.

The pool was nice. For as old the hotel was it was kept up nice. Good view of the canal.

The reviews said the hotel was clean but it was filthy. We had to find housekeeping because the room phone didn¿t work. It smelled clean when we walked through the door but that bathroom was disgusting. I showered with shower shoes. There was also a leak.

Hotel overbooked. Went to the room assigned and opened the door to people in the room! Could not get keys to open new room. Finally given an upgraded.room, which should have been the first thing done. Front desk bleamed others for error.

You can’t beat the location! Beach is right across the street! Surrounded by restaurants, shops, mini golf, activities, etc. Clean outdoor pool that stays open until 11pm. Every room has a balcony as long as you’re not on the first floor.

This is an older motel so keep that in mind. Rooms smell kind of musty, and aren’t as clean as they could be. In need of a good deep cleaning. Upon arrival, both bedspreads had stains all over them, but were promptly changed out when I said something.
