Hampton Inn Dover

Friendly service and great room. Decent breakfast.

Location. Bed was comfortable and the tv was nice size.

Hotel is in need of up keep. Room as outdated need paint job and remodel of bathroom. Bathroom was outdated.

I loved the space in my room. It was plenty big for my family of 6. It was the best one we stayed at during our week long vacation.

I found hair in the shower that didn't belong to us. Also, an old fry in the fold out bed.

It was near the casino and restaurants.

The room was smaller than expected, but manageable. The disappointment was with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bed was not adequately made and the bathroom tub was dirty and worn. Issues were addressed and resolved with staff.

The room could have used some paint and repair of scratches or defects on doors and walls. Prefer glasses rather than paper cups

I like the convenience of having places to eat and things to do close by.

No closet to hang my clothes or iron in the room. I called the front desk for an iron and it was delivered very quickly.

Our first room was right above the outside smoking area and you could hear and smell the smokers. The staff arranged for a new room quickly even though they were technically full (Covid).

The breakfast is like all breakfast in hotels of this price, un-edible. It would be nice if they could come up with some better food options.

Water came out brown and rusty, pillows were scarce and flat, hair found in bed and on floor in bathroom

Had a problem with my room. The staff resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

AC fan was really loud and it was late when we got back to the hotel and didn't get a chance to ask for maintenance.

great location. rooms are in the process of being renovated. we stayed 2 separate nights (once on our way down to the Outer Banks and Once on our way back home)and both rooms were nice. Can't beat the price

The pillows!!! they are way to soft. We noticed the same thing last year when we stayed. you need to get better pillows!!!!

The comfortable bed and how nice the staff was. The breakfast was great the hotel was so neat and clean.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the room was very cold although they had heat but the room was freezing I guess the thermostat only went to a certain range for heat.

Very close to Dover Downs but $---- less per night than the Dover Downs hotel. And breakfast was included here but not at the Downs!
