There was some discriminatory practices done at the front desk would never ever stay or do any business with comfort inn especially if it's Indian owned and operated.

took place all of a sudden you guys come back with ahusband and I were black and they didn't know who we were until we showed up at the front desk this is when all of this nonsense took place so therefore I would not recommend this hotel at all

Room Cleanliness, telephone did not work, reading light bulb was out & iron was dirty with starch buildup.

Cleanliness of the room- couch in room was covered with stains, coffee maker hadn?t been cleaned at all and the top was broken, bed wasn?t comfortable

No towels when we arrived had to ask again for them 2 times was locked out of the room when we were staying again Hard to find someone at front desk Rushed to shut down breakfast People hanging outside motel

The clerk who signed us in was extremely helpful.

The hotel had bugs. The manager /owner the next morning was rude and became irate with me. Refused to give me my receipt. I had to call the police so I can get it.

Room Was Very Clean & They Had Great Breakfast Selections.

Shower Head Could Use Replacement. Water Was Going Out Of Tub All Over Bathroom Floor.

It was close to the casino and restaurants, I was easy to find and the price was right. There was NOTHING else.

The room was awful, dirty, and the bath room shower head leaked and water was poor coming out for a shower. The hallway smelled and was not vacuumed. I would like a refund we could not sleep considering the room conditions. Do NOT use this hotel.

1. no breakfast 1st day 2.a lightbulb was out, told staff 2Xs. light was not fixed. 3. Used Amex card for incidentals. 2d day I get fraud alert that my card was used at Bob Evans. Bob Evans was next door. 4.stains on loveseat

Front desk had bad behavior, not welcome someone to come back, they need to change that lady, not enough parking.

Location is in close proximity to shopping mall and many eateries.

Room lighting was either too bright or too dark. Coffee maker in room was full of water and bug particles. Cockroaches were crawling in sleeping area and bathroom. Towels and washcloths were pungent smelling. Highly unsatisfactory.

Had to switch three different Rooms, first room lights didn't work, heat lamp and exhausted didn't work, second room curtains were falling off, third room, which we stayed in curtains and comforter were stained, comforter was ripped, dirt on ac not happy

Nothing, the hotel wasn¿t worth the cost. Could have paid lower price for a better quality hotel.

I found a cockroach crawling on me. Also the breakfast was horrible. The gym had no cleaning items.

No ice machine on 3rd floor. No vending machines.

The hotel was not clean. My room smelled of Mildew and mold. The towels weren¿t clean. I took the towels to the front desk and the gentlemen wanted to let me know the towels looked clean to him. I¿m like there are clearly not laundered well

they did not honor price you quoted us did not want to give us room we booked. said we could not reserve online. charged more money than you quoted us. charged us even more money without our consent. they lied. bed was terrible hard.

Very Understaff . Breakfast was from 6 - 9 AM and we reached there at 8 AM to find out there were nothing left and the person was not refilling on adequately not even plate or cup.there was only one person working on front desk and refiling the breakfasts

I give the manager/customer service the negative number is not on the chart . He didn't want a disability person at the hotel racial (who are those over their) talking about people of color was not polite to customers have a problems with a female

It could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom and some stains/burns on bed sheets.
