Location first. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was initially given a room different from what I reserved. The room was changed effectively.

The room needs updating. The heavy curtain had a problem opening and closing. Need more hooks in the room. Water pressure in bathroom was low in sink. Take some time to update the rooms. Otherwise a great place.

The staff was so friendly, from the parking lot attendant to the front desk to the restaurant! The location is excellent and the parking spot alone is worth it for proximity to the beach and downtown.

No lobby hotel was in dismay because of remodel there was no hot breakfast Like stated in the description

The gentleman who greeted and helped me with parking was a gem. He deserves a raise. He even assured me about safety when parking my car. The upgrade to a side room with balcony and partial ocean view was truly an unexpected and welcome surprise.

The exercise room was not clean nor was there anything to clean with such as wipes. The mozzarella cheese appetizer was overwhelming. Too much cheese at one time.

Friendly staff, great location right on the beach and nice sized studio suites with small kitchenettes.

The location was great right on the beach and we had our own little patio, the room was modern, large and light, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The bed was less than comfortable and the blankets only went up as far as your chin. My husband and 6'5 blankets reached his chest. A couple of the staff were less than friendly and the hostess at the restaurant the first night was so rude we left

I loved the view of the beach! The room was clean! It was nice to have a microwave, refrigerator, stove and sink in the kitchen! I really enjoyed the porch!

The only thing I didn't like was the mirror in front of the toilet. Other than that it was very nice!

We were guests of the week! Quite a surprise. Gift basket and discount certificate for next stay. Great coastal decor and modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast. Ate looking out at the ocean. Close to beach, shops, restaurants.

The hotel was perfect for a small beach getaway. The staff was very accommodating and polite. Their concierge was a sweetheart that went above my expectation to provide a memorable service.

Location is literally on the beach. Incredible views. Friendly staff. Hotel opened in July 2015 so everything is new.

I have stayed in many hotels from 2 star up to 5 star. I can honestly say that this was the nicest hotel experience I have ever had. It was awesome!! Staff was awesome!! Clean!! Stylish!! and exceeded every expectation.
