Room size was very good, not small, not too big. Bathroom was clean and on the small side with the toilette to close to the bathtub; towels were soft. A/C works perfectly. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated with ample spaces. Breakfast options were good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was excellent for the purpose of my trip.
The bathroom could have hooks to hang used towels; other than the curtain bar; there was no place to hang the used towels. I'd have also prefer a glass door instead of curtains in the shower. There was no shower cap.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking was free, they were able to allow me to check in early which was a plus.

Great location and convenient to shops.Excellent facilities and friendly staff.
Had prepaid for my nights accomodation in Australia and was then charged 28.99 US dollars on departure.Wasn’t pleased about this as had prepaid.Sent emails asking about this .No replies at all.
