Location was OK but hard to find. The hotel itself was average: the room, breakfast, staff all about what you would expect in a property at this price point. Because I am rarely happy with just average, I will look for a better option for my next visit.

Location was close to what we needed to do. Liked the price.

It was a terrible hotel that probably just needs shut down. The pool was closed (not even opened this summer) and that was the reason we choose it. Everything was old and smelled. Tons of things broken or didn’t work right. Breakfast was slim.

Clean spacious room. Good location. Good value for the price.

Location and parking

Everything else we did not like. Bed squeaky when merely touched. Ceiling cracked and falling wallpaper disgustingly dirty. Light switches filthy. . Shower leaked constantly. Toilet definitely on its.way out. Kept running after flush. Floor/table dust

Marihuana smell, broken chair, broken lock in the bathroom, temperature and fan in A/C not adjustable.

Nice and quiet . Friendly staff. Especially manager is super friendly and helpful

The beds are so high. The bedroom floors are a little slippery.

Staff was nice

Rooms were nasty! mold in the ceiling above the bed and in the bathroom, mattress had yellow stains all over it and the Ac/heater did not work. I wish there?s an option on here to include so pictures!

They did not offer water. Neither hot or cold.

Free breakfast, polite, staff, a clean room. Computer use.

Lampshades are wiggling the stopper was missing for the tub. The closet doors are wiggly and about to break. The pool is NOT open. Please take that picture down. They told me it IS CLOSED. The elevators are extremely slow.

You must update TV?s in rooms and make sure all electrical outlets work i.e microwave While you?re at it new microwaves also. Established properties need to maintain quality standards for the prices you?re charging the consumers.

The convenience of the shuttle back and forth to the Metro. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff who were running it kept all items well stocked. The receptionist were very polite and helpful.

The pool was closed. It?s mid June and quite hot. The kids were expecting a dip in the pool. The advertisement depicted a refreshing pool picture, need to remove it.

Location was great for getting to the metro.

Disappointed that they advertised a pool but it wasn?t open.

The staff was friendly at check-in and check-out. It was quiet, just what we needed.

The maid staff attempted to enter our room almost 3 hours before check-out; we were sleeping. I vaguely remember hearing a light knock but again, was sleeping. I assume theyd know who had checked out and who had not so that was a bit annoying.

Nice size room and very clean.

Noise from heater was pretty loud and traffic noise from highway. I expected the highway noise due to being located near interstate.

The staff was helpful and the room clean, warm and everything we wnated was there.

Room was good. Bed was firm. Breakfast was well supplied.

Elevator needed maintenance - buttons were scratched up, floor needed updating. Exercise room was small, no weights, TV was not working.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The staff replacing the bteakfast was excellent. The front desk girl was nice and SMILE. Best one.
