Breakfast was very good with a lot of xhoice.

We were next to a family who stayed up past midnight. It was hard to sleep with the noise.

The price , general location, free parking. The breakfast buffet was excellent two of the three days. The other day, it was OK

Customer service was great. Breakfast was pretty dang good

Ice maker and vending machine was broke on the 5th floor. Elevator was out of service 1 day for 2 different reasons. There was a dirty wash cloth in my room. AC would not stay on

I reserved 2 queen beds, but when I checked in, they were double beds. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they said they only have queen and king size beds. I measured the bed and even took a picture of the mattress tag. Double beds.

It was very clean. They provided a great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is undergoing renovation which will compromise the lobby temporarily, but our room.was updated: attractive, modern and clean. The location is a dated/older area but has the advantage of numerous and diverse dining options a d other retail.

Yescthe fact that I got no rest due to ALL OF THE BANGING AND DRILLING THAT STARTED AT 7AM

The professionalism of the staff. I am 77 years young and am recuperating from pneumonia, an upper respiratory infection that triggered asthma. I have food allergies and have been able to eat without fear of an allergic reaction.

The property is being remodeled, and they have done a great job of controlling the noise and construction debris

EVERY employee we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The staff was very helpful, the place was clean and served breakfast, the location was near 95 which was convenient.

When we arrived the floor below us was under construction and was very noisy until 5:30.

no cable tv, pool was closed, broken icemaker on my floor - not a please three days for these reasons
