Great location and very helpful staff. A welcome contrast to a recent stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach, which almost put me off Ritz Carltons altogether. Luckily I gave it another try for this property which had previously been a winner. It was again.

We loved our stay - great location in Georgetown. Big room, spacious bathroom, room to live and breathe during our 4-day stay. Will stay again!
We would have appreciated better food options in the hotel. Limited choices for room service. Otherwise, very happy.

It was a nice hotel but more of a Rennaisance Marriott quality however I have stayed at Courtyard Marriotts with more polished staff. I understand what's going on with Covid but please still try to act like the Ladies and Gentlemen that I am accustomed to
