- We complained that the thermostat wasn't working - didn't reflect the actual number. Maintenance came to reset The faucet was leaking - very difficult to get the water to stop. Maintenance said would come and fix but didn't.
- The heat was always on, could never adjust the room temperature below 68. We told management and they indicated it was repaired when in fact all that was done was open a window. It was quite noisy all night because we had to leave the window open.
- Yes, the room while booking showed facing the street but it wasn't while checking in.

Location was great
