The staff is very friendly and helpful

The bathroom was tiny. The chair in the room was filthy and needed to be in the dumpster!!! There was a cockroach on the counter in the breakfast room the last morning I was there!!!

The Price

The nosey party of six that were in the pool area that was extremely loud. Drinking Alcohol and smoking Marijuana up until the front desk had to tell them and they could not be doing that on the premises. The next morning they left alcohol bottles outside

Offered breakfast, nice sized pool. Front staff nice. Housekeeping very nice. Tjey are remodeling some rooms

Toilet clogged in pool area not taken care of whwn told about it. Very small bathroom. Toilet up against sink counter. Musty smell in room.

The hotel was kept clean and I felt secure at the location

I did have some minor issues with the television in my room, there was no controller when I got to the room and then some program issues I didn’t understand. But I wasn’t really concerned, it was a trip to see family and friends not watching tv.

Bathroom very small, small beds, no butter for toast or bagels, milk was empty for cereal, waffle mix was empty, pumpkin spice waffle mix separating in the cup! First room stunk really bad and carpeting needs to replaced throughout the whole place!

Room floor and guest room smelt musty. The smoke detector was removed from the room, only the wires were exposed. After running sink and shower for 30 minutes water was still ice cold. In am front clerk sitting in cafe not at counter.

Just the location

It is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but there was so much cigarette smoke coming from the rooms around me I actually got sick. I told the staff and they said nothing they can do about it.

No free breakfast as promised poor service dirty and rundown.

The elevator was dirty. The carpet in the hallways is old and needed to be vacuumed. The room had chipped and pealing paint. There was section of the carpet that looked like it was cut out and patched. The bottom of the bathroom door needs work.

bathroom over flooded, refused at first to switch rooms. She called the cops and we was told pool was open to find out pool was closed for 2 years!! I will never visit this hotel again over 10 customers complained . I had 3 rooms everyone was bad

Yes tv was not working, the elevators were down at times, my card to my room did not work at times and also they advertise an inside pool that was not accessible the gym was also down it was terrible. The owner was rude to customers

Didnt stay manager was very rude, check in was suppose to be at 3 pm he changed it to 4 pm, place is very dirty, lobby had no air conditioning, felt unsafe, would not go there again!

Unprofessional staff, very rude. Outside was dirty, inside (lobby) even worse, very hot as if there was no air conditioning. I did no stay!

Yes there is a lot of things I don't like about this hotel the bed in the room were a mess with mold in center of the bed it also had bed bugs the staff were poor at there work nothing in this hotel make sense period

The room had Roaches. No soap or toilet paper. Ceiling was peeling..people were allowed to enter the breakfast are barefoot

Where to start, first the manager is very rude yelled at me and threatened to kick us out twice due to me complaining about unfit rooms. The first we were in had no smoke detector with exposed wires hanging out of the wall.

I don't like being in a hotel with homeless people and drug addicts I couldn't take my breakfast to my room. the waffle maker was broke and burnt my waffle. the juice machine was broke. no hand sanitizer in dispenser. no paper towels or soap in bathroom.

Perfect size for one person

I was asked at breakfast when I was checking out because my sister had - I was there alone and had until 11. They apologized

The room was dirty. Curtains had food on them, carpets stained. Had to ask for a tv remote. The "fitness center" had broken and unusable equipment. The pool had a DOH closed tab since last November. The elevator had broken and missing buttons.
