The hotel team, they all were friendly, professional, and welcoming

To be clear, the hotel really was phenomenal. If I had to choose one area of opportunity, it would be the mattresses, they appeared slightly worn, and not very comfortable.

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness

I stay here often. This trip was a nightmare. My room was on the fourth floor and no elevators were working. I had a hip and rib injury and no one helped me get upstairs. Fire alarms went off two mornings in a row- had to climb from 4th floor.

The staff were helpful and understandable.

I?m still waiting for my deposit back. If I don?t get it by today. I?ll have to call them.

Located near highways in a quiet section of town. Lots of choices at breakfast.

I have stayed here many times. Beds and rugs are getting old

Close to the venue I was going to.

We was given a hotel with a broken toilet upon arrival and we immediately reported the problem and nothing was done. when I went to the front dest at 11:36AM next morning asking if I was white would I be moved to another room with a bathroom that works

Longer Breakfast time

Pool closed for repairs the entire weekend, yet I saw no workers working on it.

Cockroaches in first room. Second room had no hot water or microwave

Indoor Pool was closed and it wasn't reflected in the cost.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast options, good location.

The bed was not the most comfortable for me but I have a bad back so don¿t judge by my opinion.

Complimentary breakfast was lacking. Selection was slim. Eggs were salty. Walls are thin.

upon arrival to our room, the room had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Dirty linens, garbage and food everywhere.

Friendly Staff

I prepaid for a king room. Room was not ready even though I had called earlier. Room did not have king bed. One of the beds in the room was broken and made noise when you sit/lie. Shower made whiny noise when turned on. Hotel needs lots of maintenance.

Súper clean, professional staff and Pet friendly.

The breakfast

Homeless unkept lady sleeping in laundry room. Cigarette butts and debris in window rails with no screen.

I loved the continental breakfast. I was especially pleased with the coffee,which can always be hit or miss at hotels.

We stayed on the second floor and the people above us were pretty loud, we wish the rooms were more soundproof.

The staff was very polite and helpful I loved having the indoor pool and the fact that I could have my animals hair and they put us on the first floor so it would be easier and more convenient to have the animals in and out.

I'm still at the hotel now and there's been some money taken off my card that I don't understand why it's being taken off and I'm about to call and find out that that's somewhat of an issue other than that no I really love this hotel.

Low noise. Comfort. Appearance. Cleanliness. Great Staff. Great breakfast.

We could not regulate the heat on the register nor the thermostat. The fan was on blue constantly but it was too warm in the room for us for the three days we were there. Told the desk and they took a note.
